This was really terrible customer service. They charged me for a class I showed up for that ran 10 minutes late (to start) and my spot was taken when the room opened up. I wrote to let them know and despite that, they marked me as a no show. After ignoring my follow ups, I asked for a package refund many weeks later and was told no. This is a business I supported year round and I gave the owner no problem when she cancelled on me 2/3 times during the winter. read more

Andrea hosted a private class for a bachelorette that was fun, energetic and had us all feeling sore the next day! It was perfect for our advanced level bride to some newbies who were doing a barre workout for the first time. Andrea and Karen were communicative and made the experience of planning a private event very easy! Would definitely recommend if in the area. read more

I've been taking classes at Elements since the studio first opened years ago. There's a great community of friendly clients and the studio is beautiful and clean. The owner Andrea teaches many of the classes herself and knows all of the clients by name and personally, she is awesome. There's also a mini retail shop with great styles so stop by for that too. It's always a super challenging, high energy workout, perfect for strength, flexibility, and cardio boosts thrown in. Try it!! read more

I have a refund situation on a back ordered item that was ordered through Elements and it is still not resolved. Item was purchased and paid for back at the beginning of March. I reached out to find out about the item after not receiving it or getting an update after 2 weeks from purchasing it. Found out it was back ordered and requested it be canceled (multiple times) since I needed it sooner than they could get it to me. I understand the item being on back order was not the fault of Elements but I asked multiple times for them to cancel the item. Finally received the item in April after asking for it to be canceled/refunded before it shipped. Was told refunds/returns aren't allowed but they would make an exception this time. I sent the item back and the warehouse received it on April 27th. After being told a couple weeks ago that I would be issued a refund, I still have yet to receive my refund. I have emailed 4-5 times in the last week and now I'm not getting a response from anyone. I feel I have been very patient and kind through this whole matter. I have not yelled or gotten nasty. It's been the most frustrating process I've dealt with in working with a small business. I ordered and paid for the item March 12 and it's now the end of May and I no longer have the item and I'm still missing my refund. I'm sure the business as a fitness studio is great but my experience with ordering/buying/returning a product from them has been absolutely awful. read more

Came to the Easthampton location for the first time this weekend. I was actually the only person in class (that will not happen again, I am sure). I have taken barre class at Exhale for years, this was similar and a nice, solid workout, a good compliment to my soul cycle addiction. The instructor was knowledgeable and very sweet. Tweaks: even though I was wearing the correct grippy socks, I found the floor to be quite slippery and preferred doing some of the work on my mat, like the lunges. I thought the ab series could be harder. I broke a decent light sweat but did not have a towel. Don't think the website said to bring one. Same re water. Either it should be provided or advise clients to come supplied. But I will definitely be back. Studio is light and spacious. read more

I took the barre fitness class last week and wow was it awesome! It was very challenging and I could feel ALL my muscles working! Andrea kept me motivated and reminded us to breathe! I will definitely go back. read more
