For those of you who have not replaced HVAC equipment in the last 14 years, you will be dismayed by the covid driven price increases in equipment and labor costs . Rick proved a very detailed written quote within days.Each item covering equipment type , equipment and labor warranties was specifically and completely detailed in the proposal . Rick and his company were awarded our business and installed two Bryant High Efficiency units . As part of the installation they added new zones wifi enabled thermostats and a ionizer to improve our comfort and reduce our operational costs . One of the control units was defective and Rick moved quickly to obtain a replacement. In addition his wife filed the required warranty and rebate paperwork .
