On (2) previous visits, I had forgotten coal and hookah tips and came just to grab a few. They only sell items in large bulk! It just seems like they are always tryna push you to get more. A 2nd time I needed to purchase a new tobacco container for the hookah, and the employee had to keep calling the owner just to get an answer. The store that evening was out of tips, containers, and the flavor tobacco I like.....The owner obviously said "No", and I had to purchase another container for $17 and literally buy more than I anticipated because they were out of stock on several items. It was even a Friday night! Aside from those issues the store is ok, but start selling some A la Carte items. If I come in and wanna buy 1 small pack of coconut coals, have those in stock.. Not just a $15 box. If I wanna buy 5 tips, have a container where I can grab 5 tips, and not always force me to buy an entire bag, especially If I don't need that many. One thing I noticed is they do have some pretty trendy items from some of the brands, so I think that's pretty cool and will increase to 4 because it's in a nice area and that may be the reason they tax yo ass unlike some of the other stores in the area. Nonetheless, due to the location, staff, and the unique merch it's worth the visit.

The back of the lounge area has a bar set up with a bunch of different hookah flavors. Once you pick your flavors, they make your hookah in front of you. Pretty cool. I ordered mango mixed with fuzzy navel. I loved this fruit combo! There was no additional charge to mix flavors. All of the hookahs were huge! You can tell that they are authentic. I've seen other places charge based on what size hookah you want. Here, they're all the same size and same price - $20. Refills are only $5. Hookahs are $15 for students if you show your college ID. I definitely enjoyed myself here and will return! It's a good place to come hang out especially if you want to go somewhere that doesn't have a huge crowd.
