I liked this store and was a regular for my vapor fluid and equipment. They started having supply chain issues and they were unable to supply my flavor for multiple weeks at a time. I unfortunately have to move to another store that actually makes their own fluid. Hopefully VV will get their supply chain figured out and I would return. read more

Do not buy from here. The staff tells you a price that is clearly on the item but then total is 10.00 more. And, the clerk clearly after telling me the price claims the price on the item that matches what he told me is just an item number. Wtf... I did fall off the turnip truck this morning. I generally try to leave positive remarks and generally avoid any negative remarks, but in this situation I think it's only fair that the General Public looking to do business with a vape shop know the full truth about this place. Approximately 6 months ago I gave up tobacco and started vaping and I have been amazed how friendly and how kind the people that they the people that sell The Vape supplies the people run the vape shops as a norm they're terrific people so friendly helpful and my experience is I've just been straight out honest with you they don't try to sell you or oversaw you they just lay it out on the table for you and let you decide. However, this is one particular store I would be wear of and I am speaking from my personal experiences doing business with this store. I went in to get a particular juice and once I got back to my friend's house realized it was 0 mg of nicotine when we had asked for three mg. Immediately I picked up the phone call the store and told him what happened and I'll lady there by the name of Mary Alice told me quote just come in and will give you the 3mg don't worry about it if I'm not here just tell whoever he is here that Mary Alice said give it to you and they will. I happen to be in the area just the other day and I stop by and actually caught Mary Alice in the store and she apologized and said they sold out by before it got in it was sold out they couldn't keep it on the shelves not to worry that she would put one in the back with my name on it just come in anytime and pick it up. It just so happened today I had to run to Verizon just up the street from the shop so I picked up the phone and I called and spoke with a person by the name of Sam I explain to him the scenario and he said well I'll have to text Mary Alice and make sure what you're telling me is truth I said well that's fine go ahead and text her I won't be over there for about 2 hours. Well guess what after I left the Rosen I'll stop by this shop walked in and I suppose the person I was talking to I guess his name was Sam had the personality of the fence post and told him that I spoke with him earlier and he got up he said yeah she put one back for you well we get to the cash register he begins to tell me Well it's not free so I asked him how much is it, after going blank for a few minutes he proceeded to tell me it was $28 you know it's not the principal the $28 it's the principle of being lied to and if he would have told me it was $5 I wouldn't have paid him $5 because I was specifically told come by will be one here for you at no charge. Their prices on their mods and their starter kits are outrageous crazy, the tanks I sell are as well overpriced, I considered overpriced when you can go on the internet and by a smok starter kit for $44 and they have it price for $125 and their case I consider that to be overpriced, but I'm not going to make this an issue about prices it's their property their merchandise I can price it for what they want to I guess a blind squirrel is going to come along every once in awhile and pick up one but it's the principle being lied to these people told me it's wrecked lie and they're just plain dishonest. There are so many vape shops in Cummings Georgia I promise you you can find one better than this place much better. It just disappoints me out of all the people I've met that Vape world or Nation as they call it have been such awesome folks and then I run across people like these people in this shop. Just give it a black eye. if you're available or if you're starting to vape please go somewhere else it's a whole different world out there from what these people have to offer. My opinion they straight out lied to me they were dishonest and I am done with them and I will make it a point to mention this to everyone that I know that Vape and I hope they continue to pass it on because that's the only way we're going to get to word out about these places. I am not sure if since the previous reviews were written there has been changes in personnel, but I found everyone very helpful. I was disappointed that there were not many "testers" available due to I will not buy without trying. I bought a couple of flavors and was pleased with my experience. I found everyone very friendly and helpful. I'm aware the FDA is making sampling juice difficult, but it is a requirement for me personally. I returned to the store because my own equipment was not working properly and the staff fixed it!!! I think they are Awesome. read more

BUYERS BEWARE I have been a loyal customer along with my co-workers and friends for months. I love the variety and flavors of their juices but they are lacking as a business. I purchased a tank from this store and have nothing but problems with it. It constantly leaks and stopped working after a week and half. I tried the tank on four different batteries, replaced the coil three times and completely cleaned it out with no luck. So, I took it to a local vape store that was open when this store was not, and they tested the base of the tank and could not get a consistent reading for the ohms. Replaced the coil again with the same result. I purchased a new tank so that I would not have to go without. This is when I find out that the Victorious Vapors overcharged me by $20 for this tank. That is a huge difference!!!!!! When I returned to the store and explained to them what had happened, the person working there took the tank apart and also could not get it to work. The second person started messing with it and "rigged" the tank to work. I come home and the tank is once again not working. I requested a refund for the tank and I was told that they do not give refunds for tanks. This business does not stand behind their products as I also watched the salesperson telling another customer that they did not warranty their batteries. If you are not confident in the products that you sell, then what are you selling to your customers. My friends and I spend $100+ a week on juice and coils. You better believe that we will all be taking our business elsewhere. I really thought that Victorious Vapors would have stood behind their product and given me my money back for a tank that does not work properly. Customer Satisfaction is not a priority for this company. read more

I have been a returning customer to this establishment for several months, but have found better prices for juices/batteries elsewhere, so the frequency of my visits has dwindled here. I dropped in today to purchase some new coils, wherein I requested what coil model I wanted. This establishment has higher base prices then any other store in the area, but usually will always have what I'm looking for in stock. After going through the process of payment, and making it home. I realize that I was given the incorrect coils. I immediately called the store to explain my situation, and to find if there would be any solution. The answering employee insisted that I asked for the wrong model, and accepted no fault. He then went on to show no concern or indication of a desire to improve the situation. I asked if there was anyone else available to discuss this situation, to which he responded he was the only person available. I was standing in this establishment less than 5 minutes beforehand, and the owner was seated inside. I can accept paying a premium price, what I cannot accept is inaccurate service, coupled with little to no concern for the customer experience. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience, and have absolutely zero interest in ever conducting business at this establishment again. In conclusion, if you're looking to massively overpay for vape paraphernalia, receive incorrect items, and also be accused by staff of not knowing what vape paraphernalia you use every day, look no further than Victorious Vapors in Cumming, GA. read more

I typically give myself a 24 hr cooling off/analytical period before leaving a negative review as I rely heavily on yelp for my own choices, in retail, restaurants, what have you. However, I wouldn't recommend this shop at all. Firstly, they don't have typical brands of mods or tanks that you see elsewhere.They make their juices all in house, and that's fine, one of my favorite shops does the same, and while Victorious Vapors might taste great, (not sure I tested just one) they are all 50 vg50 pg with the exception of their "premium liquids", which they have no testers for. One man was kind enough to let me try a flavor on his dropper, but that brings me to my next point--the attitude of the staff. They didn't introduce themselves so I couldn't tell u their names, but I originally came in for a coil--wasn't near home, so I dropped in there. The guy changed me 8 dollars for a coil that I have never paid more than 4 bucks and change for. When I asked about the cost, the guy defensively said "I don't sell fakes!" I didn't say he did, didn't do anything close to suggesting that, and the box and packaging and product were the exact same as what I pay 3-4 bucks for in a more affluent area. The other guy was helpful enough but didn't offer much insight on product (except I haven't tried it so idk). I started vaping to quit smoking, so, thanks to my local preferred stores, I've educated myself about it along with more experienced vapers (and shop owners) i trust. Being that they work in a vape shop you would think that they would test and take pride in everything they sell. Finally, while I was waiting on my "tester" I heard the same guy who jacked up the cost on an Arctic coil tell another customer who asked "what's your highest nic strength?" "24 is the highest we go now bc we just got busted by the FDA for selling 36 mg". If they were "busted by the FDA" for anything, it's hard to trust anything they sell. While what I tasted was nice and flavorful, I didn't buy it bc I wouldn't trust a vape shop operating illegally---the govt (with the help of big tobacco) is already trying to ban the stuff and has placed tighter restrictions on vaping in many states, so I can't support a shop that puts the vape community at risk. Not sure if the men I interacted with were managers or owners, but not the nice community atmosphere u get at just about any other shop trying told stay open. read more

Very helpful and friendly staff. I bought my first mod here about a year ago and still come back for juice and new mods. My only gripe is that i wish they had some of the newer RDAs, had to get my velocity rda online. Besides that I just got the tesla nano 100w tc from here, even tho it is cheaper online. I enjoy supporting the local brick and mortars especially if they provide good customer service and can help me out if there is a problem with the product. read more
