Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. Thank you guys for a great experience.

I rented an RV from Lightnin for a trip to Yellowstone and it was one of the best vacations I ever…read morehad. In terms of pricing it was a little costly to rent the RV but after checking prices elsewhere it was in no way out of line with what you are going to get anywhere else. Considering that all their units are very new I would say it was actually a bargain. When I picked up the unit they gave me a brief and very helpful tutorial (being a first time user) and then off I went with a fully prepped and cleaned RV. The trip was over 4000 miles and 11 days. During that time we had not one problem with the RV. It was more than up to the task even when climbing large hills, as is necessary in Yellowstone. ;) On our return the checkout was very quick and my deposit and refund for miles not used was returned to me very promptly. Overall the experience was so enjoyable I am now planning to purchase my own travel trailer in the future. If, however, I ever want to rent again in the future I would not hesitate to use Lightnin RV again. I highly recommend them.

Came here to rent a truck, of course. Second time coming to this location but came up empty handed…read morethe first time. They didn't have a truck bc we needed bc we were moving the next day but the guy was helpful and gave us number to call corporate. Talked to a lady, and found out they had a truck returned to place we were just at. They only have 16 and 26 footers but the 16 was perfect. The guy was super helpful and pretty darn honest. The truck was exceptionally clean (unlike most uhauls) and didn't smell. Found out they only rent newer trucks (think he said 2007 models or later). Was a very pleasant experience and will be using them again. We only needed the truck for 3 hours and paid $54. Highly recommend!

I had never used them before and usually use Uhaul the few times I needed a truck. Penske was running a special at the time so I reserved a truck. My experience was positive. The staff was friendly and the truck was ready at pick up time. The truck looked pretty new and new tires and everything. The truck performed well on my move of over 600 miles. From my experience I would use them again.

This past trip was a bit more difficult as we had a large piece of equipment that had to be taken apart to get out the door. The crew that came out (shoutout to Anthony, Joe, and Perce!) were super nice, made no complaints about having to breakdown the equipment, and even swept the floor after getting everything outside.
