Alex is a new business operator and knows word of mouth advertising and establishing friendships is pivotal. It's always good to find a "guy" who you can trust to shoot straight and speak honestly on any topic. I found Alex to be my new POC for anything automotive and during the process I feel like I made a friend and someone I would recommend to my family. None of us want to deal with vehicle issues although Moser's Motors can soften the blow. Moser's Motors also has the ability to bail you out with his mobile vehicle hoist and supply truck that honestly, I've never seen such a piece of towable equipment. Alex is prepared when you are least prepared. Give this new business a try!

Took it in for an oil change at 9:30 AM and said I would be back in about 90 minutes. (they initially said they needed 30 to 45 minutes, so I gave them an hour and a half). They were having a computer problem when I dropped it off. Came back after 90 minutes and my car hadn't even been moved into the bay yet. Two people were still working on the computer issue. I'm a nice person so I was understanding that they had an issue and we're trying to fix it. OK...I'll be back in an hour for it. Came back and the door was locked!! Now I'm MAD. There was a guy standing outside and he asked if he could help me. I said I was back for the second time for my car and he said, wait for it...they're at lunch, can you wait till they come back?!?!? I said no I can't, I need my car. He said he would notify them so I came back after another hour or so, and it was finally ready. Apparently they had no intention of having my car done that morning. No apology or mention of the incident!!!! Un- bleeping believable! Now I have to find a new mechanic when this location was very convenient for me.

They stayed with my truck and notified me they were the one who damaged my truck (there are still decent people in the world). Dons did the repair and it looked as good as new. The repairs were done quickly. They also cleaned the interior prior to me picking it up. That was an added bonus since I have two young kids who make a constant mess in my truck. Fast Forward 7 months and a tree fell on my truck as we were driving through rock State Park. Luckily, no one was hurt. I had it immediately towed straight to Don's. I got in touch with Scott and he was great to work with again. He even advocated for me when the insurance adjuster missed a few additional repairs. He called a few places over the course of the week for several weeks to get one part that was on back order. I feel like he went above and beyond. I just got my truck back and it looks like brand new. And again,they cleaned the interior prior to me picking it up. Hopefully my truck won't need body work ever again, , but if it does, I'd take it back to Scott at Dons. I have no complaints with them at any point in the process.
