The guitar was a gift and was not inspected upon receiving. That is our problem to deal with. I accept that but it is the responsibility of the dealer in this case Indie Music to disclose all. When confronted I was simply told that they would check the photos. I never heard back. Even after sending a photo. I never heard back. Buyer beware!!!!! They are nice enough to deal with but not so honest. Even if they don't refund me the least Indie Music could do is take ownership of their mistake.

Damaged fretboard covered over with paint or marker. This was not disclosed before purchase.

Brought it to NH Guitars, they tested it all, looked up what the going price is and offered me 65% of what it's worth. It was fair for both of us! Very friendly and knowledgeable and very fair people to do any buying or selling.

We have a great mix of both new and used guitars, basses, amps, effects and accessories!

He suggested I put in for a refund. I was not going to be the one to break the deal and I told him I was not interested in a refund, I wanted the instrument they sold me and was bought and paid for. A short time later, Paul tells me they looked all over and can't find it and sent me a refund anyway. They had the instrument when they took pictures of it and posted it on a Reverb two months prior! It was an oddball Electric Sitar/Guitar Did they think it might be rare or a prototype? Did someone offer them more money? Did they keep it for themselves? Did an employee steal it? I asked them to check with all of their employees and any surveillance footage, sales records, etc. If I had a music store and an instrument was missing, I would be raising heck! Especially something already sold, bought and paid for by a customer! I will never deal with this place again and I hope that no one does. Do so at your own risk!

Delivery went smooth and the delivery driver was very friendly and professional. I was happy with my purchase until I started filling my raised beds and scattering my lawn with the soil and noticed it was filled with large rocks and debris, I even found multiple pieces of plastic and old cigarette packages. The soil is absolute GARBAGE and ruined my spring lawn overseeing and raised bed filling plans. I now have rocks scattered throughout my yard and my raised beds are rocky and overrun with weeds. I contacted the company to work out some sort of resolution and was told that they source their soil from a 3rd party and don't even screen it themselves. The receptionist said I would receive a call back to discuss the poor product but never received one - that was three weeks ago. Learn from my mistake and don't do business with this company. "Shady" Hill is a spot on name for this shady business.

I have been a student at North Main Music for around 3 years now. There is never a limit to how much these guys are able to teach you. In addition to playing guitar, I read and understand sheet music all thanks to the very insightful instructors at North Main Music. One of the most significant differences between another music school and North Main Music is that North Main Music really does care about what the student wants to learn. I used to take classes at another school where I was forced to play and learn music from a book that specialized in classical guitar. At North Main Music I told Mike that I wanted to play Jazz and he changed his lesson plans to match my preference. My two teen daughters and I have been students at North Main Music for a year now. One of my daughters is taking voice, the other daughter is taking voice and acoustic guitar, and I'm an electric guitar student and am also in one of the student bands. The teachers at this school are outstanding! They've created a wonderful environment to immerse oneself in music and creativity. They listen to what we want to do with our music and give us really great instruction, guidance, and encouragement, and aren't afraid to push us (in a good way) to make ourselves better. I am a full-time-working single mom and have just begun to take piano lessons at North Main Music. As you can imagine, my day is full of work, but at North Main Music I get a half an hour a week to relieve my stress in a relaxing and positive environment. Music truly is a beneficial art in life, and the people at North Main Music understand that and teach you to further love music rather than to dread the time it takes to practice it like most other piano schools do. North Main Music is an awesome music school. I highly recommend North Main Music as both a long time student and as a parent of two children now young adults who attended the school and loved it for years. The teachers obviously love music and love to share their knowledge with the students, it shows. The crowning touch is the student concert that the school puts on twice a year. My daughter has been taking piano lessons here for over 4 years. She loves her teacher and has learned so much. I think it's because her teacher really tries to stay in tune with her interests and gives her only positive reinforcement. Recently she picked up her interest in singing and so started working on some voice lessons with my daughter together with piano. Their recitals show how encouraging all the teachers are.
