It's different from the typical fish balls that I get from street vendors, maybe it's because their fish ball is freshly made from a dory fish. Siomai stands in UP can go as low as five pesos per piece, and Le Ching's siomai is much more expensive than that, but the quality of course is much better. I also love their iced tea because it doesn't come from a can, and it has that fruity taste that makes it taste less manufactured and more like... well, real food. Even with Tim Ho Wan now in the city, I still have the occasional Le Ching craving, and that's saying something because I LIVE for Tim Ho Wan.
