And they ask you to sign an agreement allowing them to charge the card directly for any payment overdue for 60 days. If you have any dispute with them on the bill, good luck. They don't need your consent to charge you based on the agreement. 2. They refuse to delete your credit card info even if treatments are completed and paid for. I asked them if they could do so. They told me no. I walked away from this place after learning about the above practices. Now, after reading other reviews about their billing, I feel that I dodged a bullet.

I had been stretching post workout and she recommended pre-workout routine after a short warm up. I enjoy an active lifestyle. In the past these foot ailments have been roadblocks. The ones that I found on Yelp were okay, but I decided to do further research and find a good, solid one on my own. Dr. Richard Woo's background and online reviews are commendable; therefore, I felt comfortable going to him. Although there were some issues scheduling a date because he recently moved offices from San Mateo to Burlingame, the receptionist was helpful and patient, which is a good sign. After "encouraging" my DD to wash her feet out of respect for the doctor, we went to the appointment yesterday and waited about 10-15 minutes to be seen. Dr. Woo is professional and personable...very nice guy overall. He did a thorough examination on my DD. Of course, I always ask lots of questions and he answered each one. Some of the questions didn't pertain to my daughter but I wanted to see if he would go the extra mile within reason. I liked the fact that he recommended OTC arches and certain shoes that would help my DD. He explained that custom-made orthodics are expensive and most insurance companies do not cover them. However, if the OTC orthodics don't work, we will need to follow up with him. I would recommend him and will go see him in a few months (if I don't chicken out) for my appointment. The office is bare but clean. They just moved in recently, so the decorations are on the back burner.

The resident (or nurse - whoever talks to you before you see the doctor) said Oloff would insist on xrays even though I was very certain they wouldn't see anything there. So I did those. The doctor came in, having reviewed the xrays, and said I was fine - just change my inserts to a different type and do some calf stretching. He said I could return to sport. He never even examined my foot or reviewed the extensive intake form I had to complete in the waiting room about my symptoms or concerns. Things did not resolve so I called the office and suggested maybe I should get an MRI before the appt (because I was afraid otherwise I'd be billed another $800 just for him to say I need to get get an MRI). They agreed. Apparently the doctor checked a box for RadNet not to release report to me so I had to wait 2 more weeks until my appointment to hear that I had plantar fasciitis. I wish he had just messaged me these results in MyChart as soon as he received them - it would have given me a 2 week head start on rehab and saved me the 2 hr drive. Dr. Oloff is very nice but I know other podiatrists (from hearing friend's experiences) who will give you PT suggestions themselves or show you how to tape your foot etc but I just got a diagnosis, the PT scrip, a scrip for NSAIDS, and a warning to take 2 months off from activity.

Initially, she scheduled me for an appointment, then later called to reschedule it. I clearly informed her that I was unable to attend the new appointment date. Despite this, she scheduled the appointment anyway, without my consent, which resulted in a missed appointment on my record. When I called the office again to address this issue, I was informed that the next available appointment with Ms. O'Brien is not until March. This situation is extremely frustrating, as the missed appointment was not due to my actions or lack of communication, but rather a scheduling change made without my permission. I am disappointed by the lack of respect for my time and the poor communication I experienced.
