First and foremost, even if you are in pain, you're still a customer. With or without insurance, you're still a human and a customer. My interaction with this office was dismal to say the least. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere. But definitely recommend your enemies because they will suffer from the inadequacy of this poorly run practice. read more

The worst experience ever! I called for a consultation appointment. They put it in for consultation and treatment and said it had to be paid in full prior to them seeing me and they only take cash or credit card. I said how do they know how much when they don't know what has to be done. No answer for that they just set up an appointment. I went to appointment and asked why I had to pay for the entire treatment when all I was there for was a consultation to determine what needed to be done. They told me no I was scheduled for treatment immediately after consultation. I said no, I would schedule another day for the actual work that was needed. The receptionist got rude, told me to fill out the paperwork. I asked for something to write on and she said there were chairs there. I said I saw those but I needed something to write on...she practically threw the clipboard at me...and never gave me a pen. I filled out the paperwork, but had a couple of questions. She then asked for my drivers license...I said that was new, I never had to do that for other doctor offices. She made a photo copy of it! Then as I was being taken back, she said take these with you they need to be filled out too. When I got to the back, the nurse said I could fill them out later and set them down. The doc ran in and said no they have to be filled out now. I looked at the papers and one I had to sign was that I read the hipa policy...but there was none there - I said I can't sign that I read something if I didn't read it, and I couldn't read it if a copy was not provided. So they said they would give me a copy. The nurse put the xray drape on me and the doc ran back in ripped the drape off of me and yelled that I was rude to his staff and he didn't want me for a patient. The nurse looked shocked and confused because she and I were chatting pleasantly. I got up and said if he didn't want me as a patient, I wanted my paperwork back. He said he would get me a copy to which I replied no I wanted my originals back since I wasn't going to be his patient. He got very angry. I only got 3 sheets back of the several pages I had filled out...plus the page with my license on it. I said I wanted the rest of the pages and the receptionist screamed at me that she had given me all of them that I had filled out which was not true. I did leave and without all my paperwork and copy of my driver's license. Are they running an endodontic service or are they collecting personal information including drivers license from unsuspecting people? I heard from a former parishioner that she had such a bad experience, they made her cry. I would never recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy. Is there something less than one star that we can give them....because they also send me a text message that they had scheduled an appointment for me at yet another time. Really? They didn't even realize they made a mistake. I think the nicest thing they did for me was not wanting me as a patient. I guess that is what happens to someone who asks questions and won't jump through their hoops. Run away as fast as you can and find someone better who is actually there to help the patient. read more

I was suffering with pain from a tooth that needed a root canal. I called the endodontists in my area that were recommended to me and had to wait until next year for an appointment. I placed one call to North Penn and was given an appointment the same day. Had the root canal done pain free. From the polite and compassionate girl at the front desk to the assistant and dentist in the back, the service was unbelievable. The atmosphere was very serene and relaxing. I am not a big fan of the dentist, so I can say that this was a unique experience. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is in need of an endodontist. Excellent service and care. I am from Bethlehem, but it was well worth the drive to Quakertown to get relief and such compassion from their staff! Thank you to all of you who made my day better. DCunningham read more
