Look, no one enjoys the legal process, that's for certain. Okay, maybe not absolutely certain, but…read moreI certainly do not enjoy Court things... However, it helps with the process when the staff are kind and willing to assist in the manner they are able. Most clerks/customer service employees here cannot answer certain questions or provide advise that may teeter into "legal advice territory" which is completely understandable when they're not practicing attorneys and are to remain neutral in the cases. However, they can answer some questions and especially if one is careful in how the question is framed. I have been to this court a few times, it feels lighter than the ones down town (for obvious (to me) reasons), I don't mind coming up here when I have to and when I do, I leave feeling a little more at ease than when I first arrived. Today, the same was true. Be patient, be kind, and remember these are our public service workers and they do their very best, I believe.

Im calling you all to the table for hurting my family. Im calling my ex husband to the front of this war he created. "It doesn't matter if it's thunder or it's sunshine I'm ready to fight and put my life up on the front lines Even if you gathered all my enemies and combined I'd be just fine" "My sons are victims of these people and of the system and we need a reform, my view on my case is not objective as im capable of seeing from both sides, my attorney and family court. All my statements are accurate to the best of my knowledge and based with documentation alineing with AZ Law and Family Court guidelines. This review reflects my personal experience with the family court system and the impact it has had on my children and me. Several judicial decisions in my case left me feeling unheard ( Silanced), unprotected (DV), and deeply concerned about the outcome for my family. I had presented evidence supporting my position, yet rulings were made that I felt did not adequately address the risks and issues I raised. As a result, I experienced a loss of confidence in the process ( who I have mentioned ) and its ability to protect vulnerable families. DV survivors or trying to survive. One judge approved an Order of Protection that was necessary for my safety with a confession. Another judge later reached a different conclusion with no evidence. While I respect that judges have discretion in interpreting the law and evidence, the conflicting decisions were difficult to understand and had significant consequences for my family. I also encountered procedural requirements that, in my opinion, made it more difficult to present information that was videl important to the court's consideration. ( personal preferences on formatting ) Throughout these proceedings, my children experienced considerable emotional hardship, which remains my greatest concern, untreated childhood PTSD. I am pursuing the legal avenues available to me because I believe the decisions in my case should be reviewed, Michelle benched with a full investigation, a qualified Horrible Judge. My hope is that future improvements to the system will ensure that all parties are heard fairly and that the well-being of children remains a central priority and our system is outdated to today's level of malicious and malevolence. This review represents my personal opinions and experiences regarding these proceedings. Im here offering AZ Family Court the following. I am a Seasoned Survivor & High Conflect Family Court Senior Case Worker & Advisor. I also dont cost a dime. Im here to help my sons and the children of Arizona. My name will echo as I leave this in my legacy. My sons and I's suffering will come at the cost of chance legally because our pain will be our power. I'm an AZ native, Christina, Republican Middle Aged White Women and I have zero privileges just like the rest of us. Im not worldly or Woke. Im cut from old cloth with values, a moral compass. You will all now face me personally at a leagle capacity. May our father show you all grace and compassion because im all out now that I have held my sons lifeless body in my arms twice. I will not be silanced any further. The questions you should ask yourself is what would you do if your child could or did die at those who clam their here to protect the children? What leagle ramifications are sufficient? What's the financial cost of your childs life? I have been slandered, defamation of character, delt with perjury, Judge with bad behaviors, unethical attorneys and woman who define whats wrong with our society and Males in leadership who dont know how to lead. While he has properties all across the U.S., he's most well known in Phoenix for Talisien West. While Frank Lloyd Wright Spire isn't as extensive, it makes for a fun mini adventure. I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and had no trouble finding a free parking spot in the entertainment center where the Spire is located. Naturally, it's right off of Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. If you're trying to find where to park, look for Maggiano's. The Spire was actually intended to be part of the State Capitol Building (another cool place to check out). Instead, it ended up in North Scottsdale. It's a large spire that stands out due to it's geometrical design and color scheme. While I saw it during the day, it's also nice to visit at night (when it lights up) or around the holidays (when an elf is attached to it). Outside of the spire, you have a good number of interesting sculptures designed by one of FLW's pupils. There's also a nice water fountain and bench area designed by another pupil. You can see FLW's influence in frequent uses of symmetry. And last but not least, there's a little tablet telling you a little bit about the spire and sculpture garden. This experience is free and can be done in about 10 minutes. I still have a few FLW spots to check out in town. On to the next one!

We were driving to Cosanti and I wanted to stop here to check it out. My favorite part of Taliesen West is the sculpture garden with sculptures by Heloise Crista. The good thing about this location is you can see a couple of the same sculptures for free. The archer near the fountain is very memorable and I took a picture of it for a friend who visited TLW with me and he instantly remembered it.  The spire itself was draped with a blow-up elf for the holidays and it was distracting. It was originally meant for Arizona State Capitol. It's odd its just placed on a street corner though I can see why its probably the best location for it. The spires at the Marin County Civic Center and the Anderton Court Shops are integrated into his architecture and feel a lot more appropriate. Overall, it was quick free stop for FLW fans, no one else was there in the afternoon. You can see a wider breadth of the Crista Sculptures at Taliesen West and there are better FLW spires that are part of his buildings.

This particular US Post Office location is located right inside Artie's Ace Hardware store at Tatum and Thunderbird. While it isn't The UPS Store, the prices are what you'd expect from the post office, and that's the lowest it gets. Also, now there are certain services like return receipts that can only be purchased at a post office. The post office also works with UPS, FedEx, and DHL. You can also purchase actual stamps. If you go up to the post office counter, you can see all of the specific policies and inclusions to what is included with each service and envelope. They also sell various materials to make shipping and mailing easy for everyone. The lobby and retail hours for the post office are weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM (though the website says it closes at 4 PM) and Saturdays from 9 AM to 4 PM (though the website says it closes at 12 noon). They are closed on Sunday. The last collection hours is 4 PM daily except for Sunday, and the last express pickup is 3 PM daily except for Sunday. According to the website (https://tools.usps.com/locations/details/8503200065), there are no services offered, though this is clearly not the case as they are posted at the counter to the post office. While this is not my go-to post office, it is helpful to be nearby within the Ace Hardware as an option as need be. I'd recommend it!
