The staff and my therapist were nice, and very professional. When I went for the first time, I had to wait a little while because I had vertigo and needed a therapist with specialized training, but it went smoothly after that. They will screw you financially, lie about your bill and will not honor payment agreements! This office has been the absolute worst place to work with! My husband had surgery in 2022 and required once to twice a week PT following surgery. We were initially paying our copay at every appointment and had racked up a credit of over $1,000 as insurance hadn't paid out yet for all of the claims. In early 2023 after speaking with Ellie (I called them because we hadn't received any bills and I was worried about the account being racked up too high) we figured roughly $2,300 would be owed in copays once insurance paid. We went ahead and set up a payment plan for $200 a month until the balance was paid. My debit card expired in September 2023 so I called then to update the card info (I do not remember who I spoke to at that time but it was not Ellie) we updated the card and went about our business. A couple weeks ago out of the blue the office sent a bill for over $1,600 stating the account was in default and they were going to send to collections. I immediately called the office as this balance should have been paid if not almost paid by this time and spoke to the CFO Maggie, they stated they stopped the payments in December of 2023 and admitted their office had made the error but could not give me an explanation as to why this happened. When I started asking questions about this and why all of the sudden I received this massive bill without being contacted at all prior to this bill Maggie became VERY rude and condesensing and refused to work with us even though this was their offices discrepancy and she even admitted as such (I do have the encounter recorded as my phone is set to record all calls that involve numbers unknown to my contacts list). Needless to say we got sent to collections. I tried contacting the office one last time to see if they would be willing to just take the full payment directly which per Katrina Maggie declined and had to pay the absolutely horrible collection agency (MS services: which was a completely different ordeal on it's own). Never ever ever go there! Especially if you are insured through the affordable care act ( which pays nothing)! One Physical therapist charged $177 ( YES! $177 to perform pressure point release the heel of my foot for bursitis!! ( 15 min) They don't properly train their assistants and one of them had a machine turned up so high I was in such horrific pain I couldn't even pull away!! I could only slump down screaming " turn it off! Turn it down"!! I didn't go there to have my bones burned!! . Their costs are sky high and not worth it!! For those of you who suffer heel bursitis, order a " rock ball" available through amazon. Go gently as it has spikes! Skip the torture and cost and have your own therapy for a very low price!!! read more

9 am appointment started at 9:20 I was led to a therapy room and it became clear to Me that the therapist wasn't aware of my condition at all. I asked her and she had not a clue. I just had surgery December 2nd. That gave me little confidence in her ability to know how and care for my therapy after recent surgery. I briefly removed my mask so she could see and hear my concern. At that point "Jessica" who was walking by scolded me for not having my mask on. Professionalism was out the window at this point. First of all I was with my therapist! I told Jessica that due to events in my childhood the mask gave me extreme anxiety. I went on to say that I was wearing it but just lowered it to talk to the clueless therapist. It was at this time she said I should be medically treated elsewhere! There was no problem solving by Jessica who identified herself as an office manager. But moreover she violated my rights. I reminded he r of the American disability act- she gave no pause I told her I wanted my records and walked to the lobby. I sat in a chair farthest from and behind the mask line taped on the floor. While waiting for my records I googled and called another physical therapy place and made an appointment. Then Jessica Mangus told me I had to leave. I was waiting for her secretary to give me my records! I quietly and respectfully told her I'd leave when I got my records and finished my phone call. Keep in mind I just had surgery and was there for a scheduled appointment. My rights were violated. My anxiety caused by masks due to childhood trauma should have been catered to on SOME level. But to be disregarded all together is unacceptable. I got my records and left, walked to my truck and as I got to the driver door a secretary came out and gave me another record that they had failed to give me in the papers the handed me prior to me walking out. Then 1/2 hour later I get a call from the police! She actually called them despite me having left immediately after getting my records. The police officer no new it was nonsense and as I explained it to him it was clear he was mislead as to what happened. A police officer called me after!? , having gotten my phone number from this medical facility and its employee! Another violation! my private information shouldn't have been given to anyone. The police case # is at Cheyenne police department Case # 20-66186 This documents the event. I will be getting therapy elsewhere but want to bring to your attention this persecution of my disability. To later find out that Jessica Mingus is the clinic supervisor and in charge of the floor not only ignored my disability but then told me to Leave after doing so is unacceptable of any employee but given her title she should be equipped to handle a disabled patients concern. It wasn't about safety! I was wearing a mask! I only voiced my disability and anxiety caused me because of masks. It by was about a power trip by the clinic supervisor Jessica Mangus.
