I was not sleeping well with spasms in my hand at night. After about 6 months of trying to remedy myself, I thought I'd try physical therapy. I wanted a place that was near my home, familiar and not so crazy busy like other practices. The office staff was super friendly and easy to work with. Kelsey was my primary PT and provided good movement/stretches that I could do at home. He individually focused on me during my sessions. The pain/numbness is lessened and mobility much improved. This caused them to stop renting every locker. I felt it unfair the entire group be penalized bc of gym management turnover and irresponsibility. It was only taken from the women's side apparently, and (after a recent call bc I was going to give them business again) bc the female side is smaller and get too busy with classes...sounds like changes need to be made...just saying
