I have had many different roasts and out of all the coffee my favorite is St. Snickerdoodle. I live in California, another state, they package for me 2286 grams 5 lbs, of beans. They were still taking the covers off the machines when I arrived at the airport. Well, not "they". One person, hustling. Getting coffee started, turning on lights. Then the line formed before they were even open. I've never seen one person work so fast and efficiently. Friendly the whole time. About 20 minutes into it another person showed up to work. Thank goodness, because I really wanted a latte but no way was I going to order anything other than a cup of coffee and a muffin with all those folks in line. Got my latte and it was outstanding. Have been enjoying everything North Pole Coffee Roasting for well over 8 years. Wonderful Staff in main location. 2020 had me respecting my oldest daughters wish "NOT to send her Christmas gifts" by going in and to main location and picking out several; okay a LOT of different blends to send to her work - stationed in CA in the Navy. A friend of mine asked me to pickup some North Pole Coffee while I'm in Alaska. She swore that it was the best coffee she ever had. I didn't ask her where she wanted me to get it from but we ended up at their main location. Service was wonderful despite my boyfriend and I being extremely indecisive. We didn't want to pack all of it in our luggage back home so we inquired about having it shipped instead. Again, Service was great and accommodated us by packing and shipping that day. We were able to try out the coffee too. My boyfriend enjoyed the North Pole Blend. I selected the St. Nickerdoodle? It was good but it wasn't a wow for me. Excellent coffee. You can buy it at Sam's, Wal-Mart, Fred Meyer's, Safeway, pretty much anywhere that sells coffee you can buy this (although Sam's is cheapest.) They roast it fresh right here in town so you know it's good. This is my go to coffee. The delivery guys are always nice and friendly and are very good about remembering a face. They only deliver to the stores and coffee shops, FYI. Delicious coffee and with plenty of different blends. My favorite is the French Roast or the St. Nickerdoodle. read more
