Me and my family just stopped by for some coffee to get us through the day and are glad we did! There was one person in line before us, but it didn't take long before we were up to the window getting our order taken by a SUPER nice barista! She answered all questions we had with the menu and provided some advice for our individual tastes! We got the -Northern lights 4.5/5, "super tasty, not too sweet, I love it" -Snowflake 5/5, beautiful hint of mint -Polar Bear 4.5/5, pretty sweet, but I love that! My sister was not as big of a fan (her rating 3.5/5) Very helpful that they wrote names on drinks for when we tried each others! Would definitely stop by again and do recommend for folks traveling / staying in fairbanks!

I don't think theres coffee in it but it has a spectacular flavor and made the nerd in me so very happy. We also got a pumpkin chai latte with espresso, and a bagel and cream cheese. All so yummy! I cant wait to go back and try more of their awesome creative drinks and treats.

So this place is amazing. The breakfast burritos were fire and we LOVED our drinks. I got the tie dye smoothie (I normally don't like overly sweet things but this was perfect) and my husband got the grinch lotus kicker which was refreshing af. The ladies that work here are also awesome. Highly recommend!

Don't waste your money! Unfortunately every time we have tried this it is extremely watered down, sugary water. Can't even taste the espresso in it let alone even get a hint of coffee flavor. Instant coffee would taste better. read more

LOVE Mocha Moose ! The staff is just Wonderful. I stop here 2-3 times a week to get coffee before work & the baristas are always so kind, even at the end of the day. They are quick to take my order & prepare my drink. One 20oz latte has 4 shots of espresso which is a huge plus and the owner is the sweetest. After a few disappointments, we found the mocha moose on cushman. They use North pole roasters, and they actually know how to make espresso. Trust me, if you've been to Fairbanks, you've probably been disappointed by bitter crappy coffee. The moose does not disappoint, friendly staff morning and afternoon, good strong coffee! I'll definitely go back! read more

Great customer service and great coffee! The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because today I ordered something other than coffee and got a muffin. Asked for blueberry, but received something with nuts. Luckily, I followed my instincts as I am SEVERELY allergic to nuts and decided to check before taking a bite. Of course, I found nuts! Couldn't eat my breakfast and was really looking forward to it since I have class this morning. Just a heads up..be more careful Mocha Moose! Great coffee, but definitely have to be more careful with your food. read more

I understand you're making orders and what not, but if people drive away before even ordering because they've been waiting more than 10 minutes to get a coffee, there's a problem. read more

Love their coffee! I've tried multiple things there. My favorite by far is just a good ole vanilla iced coffee. I asked if one skillet could be wiped down so I could safely order, but they weren't able to accommodate that (it also wasn't very busy at the time, which is why I asked). Because of this, I decided not to risk ordering a crepe. I did end up getting the hot chocolate, which was actually excellent. It was really well balanced, rich, and chocolatey without being overly sweet. Everyone else in my group ordered crepes and loved them, so it's clear the food is good. I just wish there was a bit more flexibility around cross-contact for people ordering vegan options or with dietary restrictions. Based on my personal experience, I would lean toward a 2, but since others really enjoyed their crepes and the hot chocolate was great, it feels fair to land on a 3 for my rating.

The first time we went, our food was served chilled even though we were dinning in, maybe we should've asked to have it warmed, but we weren't given the option and I wasn't aware I needed to ask for warm food if we were eating in. Then my hot mocha that I was so excited for came out chilled, which I'm not sure how, because it had frothed foam on it, but it was cold- when I say cold, I mean chilled- like condensation producing chilled with Luke warm froth. They did remake it, it was still chilled. And service was soooooo slow. It took forever. The coffee was decent. It might've been great if it was the right temperature. The second time we went, it was still slow but the counter help was much more helpful, attentive, and I watched her serve several hot meals while we waited for our goods. It was still a little slow but the service was much better and the coffee was hot. So 2 stars our first time & 4 our second. I hope they get it together because there's a lot of potential and locally owned coffee shops are something we all live for!!!

We actually took home some Blueberry and Apple Crème Brûlée which was nice as well. Our server at the bar was lovely and attentive. Good packed well and quite quick! We will be back again.

Stopped in here one day after passing by a few times seeing lines of people figured there had to be something with it. I ordered the French cream latte which was fantastic. Great little spot to drive thru and get some coffee on the go. Quick service and has a punch card that I am sure we will be filling upand trying the different other coffees they have to offer. As for the price I was pleasantly surprised that it is such a great deL for some good ol coffee. So if you love coffee and are in the area definitely stop by and check this place out. read more
