There were so many staff working, but they were all over the place. I understand how busy it was, but it was crazy trying to order and watching the staff run around. There were several trainees as well, and they seemed overwhelmed. They had run out of mini cones which was fine, so we got mini dishes. I got the lemons and cream, which was good. Signing up gave me $3 off my order. You earn 1 point per dollar and get $5 off per 50 points. There are many picnic tables to sit at but it is order at the window only so no where to sit inside FYI. The graham central station sample I tried was delicious. I tried it to possibly replace the vanilla icecream with in my sundae but felt it packed enough flavor, that I didn't need to have it with a sundae with all the toppings (better on its own). The turtle sundae was absolutely rich and decadent and everything I wanted. Even the cherry on top was more rich and plump than the average maraschino cherry. It was extremely filling and took me an entire hour to finish .. still had fudge in the cup when I tapped out. The vanilla was so so creamy and delicious! Now THIS is real ice cream! As far as prices go, I find them pretty on point and to be expected in this area. Competitors are charging about the same and the quality is way better here. I don't mind paying for premium anyway and being absolutely satisfied. Quality always wins for me. I'm not the biggest ice cream fanatic, but this is definitely the place I'm going to go when I have a craving from now on. Waited a VERY long time and the milkshake came out. Waited MUCH longer and they passed out our order, but only got ONE fry. Asked about the Slushie and it was only then that we were told that the machine wasn't working so asked for another milkshake instead. Sat down to eat our "partial" order and both burgers were COLD, not even lukewarm. They apologized and said they would remake. Finally after waiting again, a girl came to the window and said, "What were you waiting on?" I pretty abruptly said, "Just about everything. We got 2 cold burgers and never got our 2nd fry." Several minutes later the 2nd fry comes out and several minutes later again, our remade burgers. The girl apologized saying someone never took the burgers out of the freezer from last night. Sat down, AGAIN, to eat .. only to find that the 2 new burgers were also cold. Finally asked for our money back and had to eat elsewhere. Awful start of the season! While we were there, another customer also returned 2 cold burgers and asked for his money back. That's 6 burgers in the garbage! Do better!
