The dressing was very mild and did not bring out any other flavors in the dish. Instead, it watered down any flavors that may have been there. A dash of strong fish sauce could have made the dish do-able, but when I asked for some, they brought out more of the weak dressing that the dish came with. The only saving grace was the pho. It wasn't top notch but the broth was a good mix of herbal and beefy and hit the spot. If you come here, just get the pho and save yourself the heartache and disappointment. My wife was so disappointed that after we left, I ordered papaya salad from Mandalay Restaurant down the road so she can get her papaya fix. To the restaurant, you guys have such a nice spot. Fall in love with your food again and bring forth some bold and authentic flavors. It's easy to get complacent when you are one of a few spots that have this type of food.
