He performed an assessment, and got to work. He took care of the problem (cleaned the line), ran water, flushed toilets and checked multiple times inside & out before wrapping up. I certainly don't ever enjoy paying a plumber and esp for an emergency call but when you need one, you need one and I wouldn't hesitate to ever use them again. The other company guessed at what needed to be done and quoted an insane amount.
