I am here in the regular. Literally almost day and the staff is very nice. They always get you what you need. Their tuna salad is the best in town in my opinion and their salads are reasonably priced. I also love the bacon scallion cream cheese. I haven't had their bagels since I try not to eat bread too much but they look very good. read more

The establishment is clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They have a selection of mini, regular and flat bagels to choose from. We had the flat everything with pimento/olive and scallion cream cheese; which was toasted to perfection and every bite the flavorful cream cheese was felt. read more

Bagels are the best. Great selection and perfect size..Always consistent. I have 4 other bagel places in my area, I have tried all of them. The bagel portion of the location is in the back - you walk into a deli section first. The bagels themselves were delicious. Little crunch on the outside and super soft inside. The reason for the 4 stars instead of five was that they were stingy on the cream cheese for the bagel. When you purchase a NY bagel with cream cheese, you expect it to be loaded - the ratio was just off. Otherwise, great selection. My suggestion is buy a dozen and bring them home for the family - you won't be disappointed. read more

So grateful for yelp! New to the Crab Meadow area and had a bad experience (at another local bagel spot) when we first moved here. North Shore Bagels was an amazing find. Great selection of bagels (unlike other places who run out before 10am!) Great selection of salads too, finally found a place with egg white salad and whitefish salad. Bialys and Garlic Bagels were to die for. Love when a place has Bialys and actually knows what they're doing! So glad this place is right around the corner. Will definitely be our "go-to" read more

My favorite bagel place on Long Island. The bagels are always fresh and the right softness. Cream cheese and lox are consistently fresh as well. Their prices are good too. I never noticed the surcharge, which is something, as a business owner myself, I don't agree with, but honestly for the quality, friendly staff, and consistency, I'll absorb it on my end. Great spot. Stayed in East Northport for a week and this place is very close to my aunts house. Came here for some classic Bacon, Egg, and Cheeses and they were delicious. Bagels are excellent and I took a dozen home with me to Colorado. Friendly staff and it's right next to a Starbucks which was convenient. North Shore Bagels has been a favorite spot of mine since they opened last year. Great fresh hot properly crusty bagels, delicious cranberry chicken salad and a friendly polite staff. Now I have two criticisms: unfortunately today I got an egg sandwich that was on a roll that had the consistency of shoe leather... very tough and I beg the owner to please do something about the tuna salad. I bought two beautiful everything bagels and a pound of tuna salad for me and my partner at work. I'm not sure if it is the brand or type of tuna used but it is inedible. I love this place so understand my comments are not mean spirited because I truly want you to succeed in Northport. Usually everything is delicious. read more

Buyer beware in this store you don't know it but if you use your credit card or ATM card you have to pay a 4% surcharge for using your card they should be happy to have your business and not do this I only discovered this today when I look down at the counter it wasn't displayed anywhere in the store but this little sign on the counter by the register what a Despicable act for a business I don't think I will be going back there anymore read more

Bagels are delicious and perfect texture for a great price. Egg sandwiches are great, too! This place has great deals on coffee. However, any time I've ordered a sweeter flavored cream cheese (ex: chocolate chip, strawberry) it has had a very foul aftertaste, like rot and chemicals. It's a shame. I'm giving 4 stars because their bagels are fantastic, their staff is friendly and the service is typically quick! (I don't go during rush hour or anything like that so I rarely have to wait long). BUT their iced coffee is not good at all. There is a Starbucks next door and I would rather make the 2 stops because I did not enjoy North Shore iced coffee at all. I put soy milk in it and the milk was flaky/chunky/not sure what word to use but it didn't taste good at all. read more

Stopped here finally after passing It many times and I was very impressed! The bagels are large and delicious, soft inside with a crispy crust and they certainly do not skimp on the cream cheese! The staff is friendly and keep things moving along quickly. Will definitely keep coming back! read more
