Dr. Eslami is one of the kindest, most compassionate physicians I have ever met. His calm demeanor, patience, and genuine concern for his patients immediately put me at ease. Dr. Eslami is also an exceptionally skilled periodontist. I originally expected gum grafting on two teeth, but during surgery he was able to successfully treat four teeth in addition to performing my frenectomy. When I arrived at the office, I was informed there was no appointment scheduled and that it "must have been head office." The local office had no record of it. That explanation is not acceptable. Patients should not be penalized for internal miscommunication between corporate scheduling and individual offices. I rearranged my schedule and made the trip based on the time I was given -- only to be turned away. This was a complete waste of everyone's time and reflects poorly on the practice's organization and professionalism. Appointment management and communication need serious improvement.

April 29 - appointment scheduled but dentures were not in and I did not receive a call. May 2nd called and left 2 messages, no return call. May 6th temporary upper denture came in broke. I had to start the whole process again. In the meantime, I was using an already broken denture that I had to keep super gluing a tooth into because it wouldn't hold. The filling from March fell out in late May. I had a consult with another provider. Turns out I had multiple other issues that Forward Dental never told me about. Gum disease, surgery to shave off excess bone on my lower jaw, which explains why I had pain when they tried to fit my lower dentures. I called and received the call center. I told them that I wanted to cancel my appointment and would like my money refunded. They told me they would start the refund process. I have not yet received my money back.

She's been here since the beginning, and through the 4 doctors I've seen. Oh wait. I've known Deb the longest, but seriously, I keep coming back for all the other personnel I see. Kim is also very nice at the front, though I haven't built up as nice as a rapport with her yet. Stevie is also the best! Currently my doctor is Dr. Anderson and my hygienist is Stevie. Dr. Anderson is nice and straight forward, and explains things very well for me. I've mostly only had normal check ups and cleaning since I've been seeing her and haven't had any procedures done. But she is sure-fingered and confident, and I would be happy to get any treatment done with her. Well, I guess I won't be happy to get anything done with my teeth... Cleaning is like pulling teeth as it is. lol. Stevie is another reason I keep coming back here every 6 months. Despite her having only one day available out of a week! She's gentle and kind, but gets my teeth feeling polished. And so friendly. And so informative. I seriously have all my teeth related questions answered here without feeling like I'm asking for too much. Thanks for making my scary dentist visits pleasant, always!
