It was an installation which required constructing side panels of the A/C unit which would be secure and weather-proof. Their estimate was fair and i just got a good vibe from Jose Quintanilla who I dealt with primarily. My instincts were spot on. They did the job as professional as you could hope for, not one splash of paint out of place. THe wood problem was worse than we thought once the wood was taken out (it was and I was told by my regular handyman this was probably the case that we'd find more issues as we removed wood); They dealt with this as no problem and the up charge on the additional work was more than fair as well. Terrific people, good communicators (we had a lot of rain delays, and Jose was on top of keeping me abreast of what they planned to do and when, I wasn't left to wonder when are they coming back...) and overall nice people to have around working on your house.

The owner Travonte said he would renovate my apartment in 3 weeks for $30,000 that woud be paid in phases. He promised me a brand new luxury style apartment, so I didn't even negotiate, and gave him the money without hesitation.The work started early May, but we are mid July and my apartment is still trash, as well as my backyard where he threw all the construction trash and got the city to give me a citation. And also, safety is clearly not an issue since gas has been leaking in the apartment since he redirected some of the gas pipes, but that doesn't seem to phase him at all. He has been sweet talking me into giving him more time, because after 1 week of working on my property he got a better contract at a local mall, so he has abadoned my apartment for the past 2 months, after getting $25,000 of the $30,000 he asked for the entire job whihc included brand new appliances. He is a very dishonest person who will say anything to reassure you, including saying that he ordered material, as the reason he is not working, even though he hasn't. He would even lie in front of your face when you show him somehting is not straight and the both of your can clearly see it's not straight. He was supposed to replaced all interior doors as part of the contract, but for some reason he beleieved I wouldn't realize that he merely just painted the old existing doors. Again, do business with him at your own risk. You just may find yourself losing rental income, and having to spend money hiring someone else to do the job. We will hopefully have the court take care of this issue now.

Doesn't even leave leftover paints for future touch-ups despite of promising it. Legends are prime example of why cheap is not always the best!
