After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. After several attempts at trying to get him to act normal I asked to speak to the manager or a supervisor, he wouldn't give me to anyone and instead told me his name was Mr. X. Some people might find it funny but it's really not when you're trying to get someone home safely. What kind of business is being run here? A circus? Is obtaining money a joke now?
