They took my car in ASAP, set me up with a rental, contacted the insurance company, meet with the adjustor and returned my car to me better than before it was hit. They also went above and beyond and took my car back in a week later to redo and fix balancing of my tires that another company did a very poor job on. I recently had over 2 inches of water ALL over the rugs inside my car. I was desperate to find some place to help me or mold would set it. The gents @ North Smithfield AB took in my car last minute, did their work, and I am pleasantly surprised at their job. The interior detail is superb! NO smell of water/mold and everything is BONE dry! The price was more affordable than I had imagine. North Smithfield Auto Body is simply the best ! Just received my car back after a huge tree fell on it and crushed it ,you could never ever tell it was hit ,came back picture perfect! They even went the extra mile and redid the lower front end of my car just to make sure all the paint matched and did the same thing on the passenger side that was hit they matched the paint all the way down the passenger side to the trunk and speaking of trunk ,mine was very hard to close ,had to really slam it they noticed it and fixed it free of charge ! They also completely detailed my car inside and out after all the shattered glass and everything and gave me a loaner car when my insurances coverage fo one ran out and this is not my first time as a customer I was involved in small rear ender on 146 and they redid my rear bumper and I had it back in no time .
