They then swapped the car they were going to give me with a better car, with better seats, so my wife and I would be more comfortable. They were professional, friendly and answered all questions I had (even the dumb ones) with patience. The repair cost was better than most of the other places I had gotten quotes from (before my wife told me to go to them) and the price they quoted was the price I paid (not at all a guarantee from a lot of places I've been to in the past).
