Established in 2012.
In 2012, Justin Ambrosino spotted a gap in the collision repair industry. Some smaller to mid-sized body shops struggled to have a full-time appraiser on staff, leading to delays and inefficiencies that impacted their bottom line. To solve this problem, Justin founded a business providing experienced appraisers to these shops. His aim was to give shop owners back some valuable time, allowing them to focus on other aspects of their business and personal lives.
Understanding the challenges shop owners face, Justin's vision was to help them succeed. He recognized that their businesses were the cornerstone of their livelihoods, and by providing this service, he could help ensure that they ran smoothly and efficiently. Justin began his career as an Independent Appraiser. He then transitioned into the body shop side, where he worked for several high-end collision repairers.
