My appointment with Iqbal was one of the most exciting experiences of my life - he not only showed me a wide array of diamonds but educated me on quality as well which I found incredibly helpful. He is a very calm and fair business man and there was never a point in the appointment where I felt pressured. When my now fiancé came in he echoed the same about Iqbal and said that the quality and size of the diamond he was able to purchase was significantly better compared to other vendors he had looked at. Literally YEARS... I had three bracelets and I wore one of them 9 years ago to a wedding, and I have no idea about the other two. I learned a lot about diamonds and gold while I was there, and Dave gave me some suggestions as well as a price for the others. I had no doubt that this was a good deal and there was no pressure to sell (which you may get elsewhere). I left with my money, keeping two items for now and will keep them under consideration. Hired Richard Bouges, RE appraiser, through HomeAdvisor, to appraise a single family ranch, 960 sq…read more f., one level, 3 beds/1 bath, a simple report, for a qualified professional no more than 2 hours (I'm holding a RE Broker's license) He was 40 min late to the scheduled appointment, very disorganized and unprofessional, he pulled crumbled papers from his car's trunk to fill in, he didn't ask appraisal/property related questions. He completed his inspection of Wed, 01/17/24 and, due to his unavailabilty on the weekend, promissed to send the report in the beginning of next week!!! After a week, we followed with a call on Wed, 01/24/24, he had not started the report, but promissed to complete it as a priority. Communications are abscent. It's 01/31/24 no report has been done. We are looking to initiate a legal request to recover our losses. CAUTION: DON'T HIRE THIS GUY, YOU'LL BE CHASING HIM FOR YOUR MONEY LIKE ME.
