We live in Montana half the year, so once a year we head to Spokane for the weekend to do some shopping. We normally stay in a hotel or the KOA. We waited too late to book the KOA so we went searching for a new campground as we wanted to bring our trailer so we could fill the fridge with Trader Joe's products. After doing some research, we discovered this RV park, which looked newer as we didn't remember seeing it before. The reviews were mixed, so I was a little concerned, but it was only two nights. We booked a specific site and on upon arrival around 7 PM Friday we quickly checked in and directed to our site. My first impression was "wow this place is pristine and clean". The grass was perfectly manicured green. The sites were concrete pads that were very clean level and well spaced out. I used the bathroom just to check it out, and it was also spotless. The location was ideal for shopping and to head downtown to Nordstrom's and dinner. You're also super close to a Trader Joe's, Safeway, Target, DSW, World Market and tons of restaurants like Olive Garden, Red Robin and other chains and local places. My only complaint was that the entire RV park is lit-up like a parking lot all night. I can see how this is great for security, but if you want to sleep with the windows open, that might be bothersome for you. Our AC was being fickle, so we did need the windows open and it was quite bright, but it won't be enough to deter me from using this place in the future. I definitely recommend this location for an in-town RV stay. read more

This campground is on a main road but is exquisitely clean. All the facilities were well cared for and appeared to be brand new. On this trip a needed to find a local dumpsite and was happy to find this campground. Since I have family in the area I will be coming back. read more

To begin, we have been Trailer camping for 25 years and have stayed at about 100 different RV parks across the Western US. So I know what I am talking about. Stayed at the North Spokane RV Park from July 1st to July 7th. The RV Park is VERY clean and overall pretty quiet. Was a bit confused because when you sign in, I remember signing a form stating that I will not be a Full Timer at the RV Park, but there are obviously Full Timers staying there. Saw several units that were "dug in" for a while. Some leaking oil spots on the concrete and some units with lumber and materials stacked under or around the trailer. Pretty obvious that these were not vacationers for a week or two visit. But, even with that, the spaces still all looked overall pretty good. It was not a gross eyesore like we have all seen at other places. All of the spots are pretty roomy with more than ample space for multiple slides with plenty of room to walk around and setup chairs. Utilities were a bit questionable. I hooked up to 50A with my 5th wheel, but my A/C would not always work. I have my doubts about the Electrical. They stated that it comes with cable, but got nothing off the cable when plugged in, so we used the antenna on my 5th Wheel. Not a really big deal for us. We probably could have checked on these issues, but I did not see it as a big deal, so we opted not to complain and check it out with Maintenance. Overall, a nice clean RV park. Lawns are well kept and no trash thrown around. Pool looked nice and horseshoe pit looked really nice too. One of the better pits I have seen at an RV park. Very convenient to the Starbucks and Franks Diner right across the street. Only 2-3 minutes to the Costco just north of the park too. And as a bonus, if you happen to have RV problems and need parts, there is an RV dealership and parts house right around the corner. We will definitely stay here when we visit Spokane again. read more

Has dog park , club house , and grocery stores near by park is pretty clean , the road is very noisy, not very comfortable for long term stay , over priced for set up of park , not very good or convenient for having dogs , not enough space between RV's, The regional person is cranky faced and rude ! Washers and dryers are expensive for type of washer and dryers take a very long time to dry clothes even without over filling dryer and is expensive to dry clothes. read more

Upon check in I was greeted by a very professional and friendly staff. The park is meticulously taken care of and the spaces are level and every space has a nice grassy area and a Punic table and full hookups including a large selection of cable channels and free WiFi. A secure fenced dog area. A fun kids play ground right next to the pool. I actually enjoyed the large spaces and convenient location. A sincere thank you to the entire staff at North Spokane RV Park. For $80/night I expect a few things- First, I expect to get the site I reserved, by phone through a human. Apparently the sites are first come, first served even when you reserve a specific spot. That makes no sense. Like Seinfeld says, "You know how to take the reservation but you don't know how to hold the reservation." Isn't that the most important part of a reservation? Disappointing to reserve a spot you chose carefully from the on-line map only to be told when you get here that they've given it to somebody else. We did not arrive late. Second, in most comparably priced RV resorts, the pool is open in the evenings especially east of the mountains where it can get really hot. A nice dip in the pool in the evening to cool off is a reason one would book a campground with a pool. It was locked at 6:45 in the evening. Why? I feel badly for the kids. Third, and yes, this is a first world problem, fix the cable so the reception is clear and not fuzzy. Don't advertise cable if it is crappy. There are a lot of rules with this campground. Which is fine, if they are actually enforcing them, which they're not. Several sites have semi-permanent campers with lots of stuff on their site. Several campers are very run down and looking in various stages of disrepair. Quiet hours are not respected, specifically by people driving through with very loud music thumping at later hours. There is loud, car racing noises at night making me wonder if there's a race track near by. Last, the office does not have a little store which is nice if you forgot your toothpaste or want an ice cream treat at night. Lots of stores are close by in town though. There are some positives! The sites are paved, level, clean, and have a picnic table (bring a tablecloth) and a patio area. The grass is well kept. The park is small so not a lot of people. They offer pull through and back in. Sites are closer together than some of the more expensive RV resorts but not on top of each other. There's a nice playground and fenced in dog area. You are close to town. There's a ton of great restaurants and coffee shops near by, a donut shop across the street and an RV service center within walking distance. Overall, it's a good stop for a couple of nights but you don't get the amenities or activities at the campground that you'd get from other resorts for the price. read more

Although highway 2/Newport highway runs right past the campground, we heard almost no noise, due to good fencing. All amenities advertised were available and clean. We didn't use the pool but noticed that others took advantage of it. You won't go wrong if you decide to book a stay at this campground. read more

We stayed at this park early August. The original site assigned (a pull through) was occupied when we got there so ended up in another (back in) site which was less money, which they agreed with but will not give us difference back, only a voucher. We have no plans to visit this area and the voucher is if no value. So we were Over Charged, a bad policy. Can't believe they are trying to get away with this. This place is great. We relocated to Spokane from Southern California and planned on staying in our rv while getting settled. We chose this place for many reasons. Firstly, their monthly fees where more than fair. Having kids it has a pool and play ground. Having a dog it accommodates him with a fenced dog area. Staying in a rv it has a clean and nice laundromat. The grounds are neatly kept and clean. There's always someone working on the grounds to make sure they stay clean. As people who camp in our rv regularly we know MOST rv parks WiFi is mediocre at best so we planned accordingly so no complaining from me on that issue. The park has more than accommodated us. When I started work, the company I'm now working for provides me a work vehicle to take home. Having a truck already which pulls my fifth wheel and a car my wife drives being on our lot they had no issue with me bringing the work truck here too and letting me park my personal truck in the employee parking. Needless to say I'm completely happy we chose to stay here and would definitely have no issue recommending to others. Cheers! read more

Very nice rv park on the North side of town. Close to Costco, safeway, restaurants of all kinds. The park has full hook ups including sewer, water,TV and Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi isn't the best. Clean showers and restrooms.. A small laundry room is there also. They also have a tv room and a dog park,plus pet stations through out the park.. It received a 10/10/10 out of 10/10/10 on a good sam rating system.. You do pay for electric service We would recommend and would love to stay here again if it comes around. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE! This park is run by management that is rude and unscrupulous and out right crooks. First they "forgot" to apply our Good Sam discount. When asked about that they said they could only give us a credit, no refund back on our card. We were here for 5 nights at $84 per night so not exactly a minimal amount. Then a charge of $15.40 appeared on our account and when we asked what it was for the manager could not explain. When we pushed her on it we were ordered to get out of her office. Still do not know what the arbitrary amount is for. They also have a practice of allowing non residents to use the empty sites for dumping because they don't have water at their site. After the first three on our first night in the park we asked them to please stop doing that. Again the manager who was combative said pretty much "too bad and they had no intention of stopping it. We called the ownership of the park with no return call. This place is not Better Business Bureau accredited so they do not care about complaints against them. AGAIN- DO NOT STAY HERE! We enjoyed using the picnic table for meals and just hanging out. Please don't encourage this kind of deceptive practices by staying at this location. Watch for hidden fees. We stayed one night here on our trip further west. All was well until we tried to use the dump station. We rolled into the dump station only to find it locked. We had to wait until the office opened only to find out that it is an additional fee to use. It would have been 25 dollars in addition to the 84 dollars for the night. In talking to the employee I was told that they did not like to use the dump station and that it did not have water. So it would have been 25 dollars for a dump station that was not fully functional. If you stay here ask lots of questions. read more

We stayed here for 2 nights as a lay over before heading out to West Glacier. It looked very nice when entering, landscaping etc. When checking in, I felt like I was filling out a lease agreement. Lots of paperwork. We were assigned site D9 which was in the back of the park. It was a back in site which butted up to a chain link fence topped with barbed wire. It looked like a storage facility for RVs on the other side. For $60 a night I was expecting a little more. Wifi was extremely poor. On the plus side, there was a nice pool area and dog run area which is why I gave this park 3 stars, otherwise it would have been 2 stars. read more

This is a very well maintained, newish RV campground located on the northern border of Spokane. Rather than being located far from desirable areas of the city, this is just a mile from a very active business area. That's good if you are planning on doing city activities. But if you are looking for a quiet getaway you might be bothered by traffic noise during the day. The facilities are immaculate. There is a nice swimming pool, a comfortable recreation room, a small but nice playground for kids and a dog park that rivals some community dog parks I have visited. The pads are all concrete and close enough to level to satisfy almost anyone. Water hookups are nanda tall so you won't struggle to fit in your filter. But the cable TV connection is so low to the ground that I had to lay on the ground to screw it in. That was a minor inconvenience for me but might be troublesome to others. If you prefer broadcast TV plenty of local stations are available. WiFi is available all over the park. But I had difficulty connecting during most of my stay. I don't know if this is a temporary or permanent condition. It may be related to the number of people trying to use it. If so, the setup is inadequate for the size of the park. Note that at check in you will be required to sign a lot more paperwork than your typical campground. There are several pages of rules that you have to agree to, most of which are self evident things. I suspect the owner is a real estate lawyer who got carried away. One that may be a problem for some is that you can't receive mail here. If you are on a lengthy trip and hoping to have mail forwarded you may need to make other arrangements. Another is that you cannot use charcoal grills, though propane is OK. The place is pricey, but I have paid as much at lesser facilities. read more

Worst campground and service that I've ever experienced. Been travel nursing for two years and living out of our camper for almost all of that time. My spouse and I are here for a travel nursing contract. Started 8/1. Got in contact with them and have been staying here. Told them we have 13 week contracts and they said that they had the spot for us. We asked to stay until 11/7 and they said we could. They asked if we were going to extend longer at the hospital and we said no. Now they called and told us that we have to move out tomorrow. That they don't do three month blocks and we have to find a new place. We still have one month on our contract and are supposed to work the next two days. Now we have to scramble and find another spot to finish the contract. On top of that the manager is as rude as I've seen. After telling us we have to leave tomorrow morning they suggested we look into their sister park in the valley. Who would move from one poorly ran park to another that is owned by the same people. Also while living here someone broke through the gate and hit my spouses Jeep and pushed it into the front of the camper. The highway next to the park is very loud with people racing down it at all hours of the night. They don't seem to care at all about traveling contract workers. If you travel for work I would advise against staying here or the Liberty Lakes rv park as it is the same owner. read more

Great RV park on the North outskirts of Spokane. Pros: *Friendly staff. *Park is newer, very clean, well maintained, and seemingly safe - which we very much appreciated. *Each RV site is a concrete pad with a patio area, complete with a picnic table, as well as grass on either side of the concrete pad. *Park features a rec room, a laundry room, a pool, a playground, and a ​fenced dog area. Cons: *Park does not have trees, therefore, there is no shade. *Park Wifi (and even cellular service) does not work well, which may cause frustration. *Cancellation policy is a bit wonky. We obviously did not need to cancel our reservation, however, it should be known that they do not credit back the paid portion of the reservation but rather have a voucher system for future stays. Another con that is at no fault to the RV park I might add...Spokane does not seem to be tall RV friendly with several underpasses and such. We had a difficult time finding a road from I90 that would accommodate our 14 foot tall RV. Overall, I would stay at North Spokane RV Campground again and/or recommend​ to others! read more

This is a nice kept RV Park. The problems we encountered here have been with the lack of over-site by the mgmt. of this rv park. The staff recites all the rules & regulations at check-in, but that is where it stops. There is no security or drive-by's by staff to keep the noise level down and sites kept up by tenants. They cite that this is an RV Use Park only, but they have many long term tenants, on the property. The noise levels, junk stored at sites, vehicles parked on the road/right of ways, and only one overflowing dumpster lends this to an average place to stay. If management would step up and start to help folks follow a few simple rules, this would be a nicer place to bring a family and relax for a few days... read more

Never go here! Most Unethical business ever: Small, highly over priced, strict rules and for the love of god never do auto payments. I m a good tenant I always set up auto payments. I set up auto payment, was charged early then told we couldn't get our money back when I said my husbands job said they were transferring him and we were leaving in a couple days. They refused to refund me any money. I spent $1088 for a couple days. They said since they couldn't refund me my money but my power bill was on them the whole couple days and it wasn't they lied and charged me. They also, told everyone in the campground to take their instillation away in the trash while it was still snowing and cold then went and took everyone's installation from the Garbage and put in their shop. Dogs were getting really sick at their dog park and they had to shut it down and spray. The list goes on with this place. The staff is awesome the company itself is awful and shameful. I would never recommend this place. So many other better campground around. This place is over a thousand a month when 20 min away it's four fifty at another park. read more

Horrible management! We stayed there 6 months and watched it go to crap in front of our eyes. It was nice clean and friendly when we got there, I would give it 5 stars back then. Over the winter they got a new manager who has no clue what she is doing. Our dogs got sick from an infected dog that had been in the park. My wife called to tell them and the manager acted like she had no idea about any sick dogs. It turns out her dog had been sick for 2 weeks and she knew if several other dogs being sick. She just lied to her! When covid 19 git they raised late fees to $72 a day and raised the rates to summer rates. So about $1000 a month with power for a large space. They are greedy and do not give a crap about their customers. AVOID THIS CAMPGROUND!!! read more

I'm giving this park a 2, only because of some minor issues. 1. The amount of paperwork they have you sign or initial upon check in. It's as though you were leasing a house or something. WAY too much paperwork! 2. The lawn sprinklers will definitely spray on your RV and leave water spots all over the lower portion of your RV. I'm not talking a light spray, I'm talking like a drive through car wash! At least in space B4. The spray hammered our truck and RV. We'll spend lots of time removing all the water spots. Ridiculous! I would think that this should have been corrected, but it's not. And it wasn't because of wind. 3. When exiting the park, you can NOT turn left. Instead you must turn right and go in to a neighborhood so you can go around the block and then proceed from there. Very inconvenient when pulling a larger 5th wheel or motor home towing a trailer or tow car. The least the desk should do is let you know upon check in that this is the case and to recommend what the best route is to head to WB I90. 4. The fees for nightly stays are way to expensive! We paid roughly $65.00 per night for a 3 night stay. Much more than almost all other parks charge. We've traveled nearly 5,000 miles now and this was the most expensive so far. Other than these issues, the Park is very nice and fairly new. The grounds are immaculate. There are no trees, so shade is scarce. And if it weren't for the above issues, I would have rated it as a 5. read more

Made a reservation for one month. They took a $200 deposit. At no time was cancellation policy mentioned. Also, no cancellation policy mentioned on website. Called to cancel with over a month notice and was told I would not receive my deposit back but they would give me a voucher. Well, no plans in future to go to Spokane so in essence they stole my $200, will rent the site that I had reserved. My advice is do not go to this park and if you reserve in advance and can't go for whatever reason, be prepared. They know you can't sue in small claims because you have to file in person. Very nice well maintained new RV Park. Take note that this is a RV Park (not a Campground) and no tenting is allowed. Staff was friendly, and they encourage you to wash your rig! It's on a busy road, so there is quite a bit of road noise. There is a grassy dog park, but it is a swamp. Sprinklers on every day, but there's no drainage. Biggest real complaint is very poor Wi-Fi data (very slow and kept dropping out every minute or so). We were here for a week, and there was no "Good" time to use it. For $60 a night I expect to be able to do Facebook with my grandkids! read more

I spoke to 2 different 'managers' and no one could do anything. I was told a third mananger would call me the next day, never received a call. Nice clean RV park with a decent amount of space between rigs. Spaces to fit any size RV. Almost all spaces have nice green grass. No trees at all for shade. One problem is the laundry facilities are inadequate for the amount of spaces they have here. Laundry room has only three washers and four dryers. But, one of the washers has been broken since we have been here (this is our sixth day). And the girl in the office says they have in house maintenance. Where the heck are they? Also, no change machine for quarters. You have to get them from the office and hey often run out. The dryers are poor quality. It takes over an hour to dry clothes. The WiFi they offer is very weak. There are also a few long term renters that management needs to make sure they stay in compliance with campground rules. Shower facilities are good and clean. Swimming pool is much to small. read more

This RV park is probably the poorest ran business I've ever witnessed. It's a relatively new RV park, and it's nice but small. That's not the problem, the issues is the OWNERS. The Douglasses own this property, and they are by far the MOST greedy millionaires I've ever came across. If you're an hour late for your rent they are down knocking on your door because of course they don't have auto pay like most normal functioning places, if you are gone and won't be home for a few hours, and you didn't pay your rent before you left because half of the time they're never in the office anyway, you get a call saying they'll kick you off right now along with any family you may have staying on the park to. They only have the garbage come ONCE a week so by Friday Saturday and Sunday it is completely overflowing and gross. This RV park makes so much money when it's full because they have turned most of the RV spaces into only weekly spaces so they get over 450 a week for you to park your RV there so if you have to be there a month it's well over 1600 after your electric is paid. Your telling me this property is bringing in that much money monthly and you can't even have the garbage come twice a week???? That should paint you a picture of their attitude around here. If the wheels of your vehicles are parked or touching the pavement in any way shape or form, you'll be hounded until you move your vehicle. Even if you're a regular and might live here 10 months it does not matter you're treated like nothing even though you're giving them $1200 a month. This RV park sucks your will to live, that's honestly the best way to put it, lol. That's why I left, even though this is the only RV park in Spokane that isn't always 100 percent full allllllll summer long. It's not the RV park because it's a fine layout just small, and it isn't the employees they just do what they are told. And it's not even how expensive and overpriced this business is. It's the owner. I feel so sorry for the ladies that work on that RV park because I witnessed with my eyes how psychotic their bosses are, they drive by unannounced all the time and if anything is out of place at ALL...any little spec... They will lay into their employees. It's sad, that's why I left because there is nothing worse in my eyes than greedy people who have so much money they don't know what to do with it besides act like assholes. This was our first RV park on our year round trip around the U.S. that we stayed at. It also so happens my daughter and grandkids live here so they stayed with us our second night here. It is a fairly new site and is very clean. The playground and pool are pristine. The grounds are kept up wonderfully but I will say having the grass mowed at 7:30 am interrupted our peaceful morning coffee routine. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Wifi was ok depending on what time of the day you needed to use it. If we come back around it would be one of the places we would consider staying. We are new to the RV experience. We needed a place that had a sewer dump. We found this place through Yelp. It has a lot more then a sewer dump for your motorhome. It has some home for showers kind a like a wreck room the grounds are very clean and tidy. I found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable and the price is extremely reasonable. read more
