So much of what has been written here before me is up to date & accurate so not much to add. I will say my son & family had a reservation here to investigate the membership on a holiday weekend. At the last minute we decided to join them. We are not interested in a membership so our charge was $75.00 a night, Labor Day 2023. For that there is so much to do, especially for children so actually a very good value. They accommodated us last minute & even got us side by side sites. Very thoughtful & kind people. read more

Place have amenities . Staff is wonderful and very accommodating, showers were hot but need some cleaning . A lady came in just signed the ledger on the laundry, workout room , ladies and men's restroom and left . Family showers are men's restroom so if you're following a family getting a shower and a man needs to use the restroom he needs to wait . Some washers are not working and dryers as well. Also pricey for an overnight electric hookup . " We support the troops slogans" everywhere in the place but no veteran , or military discount . No WiFi . read more

We love everything about this RV resort. The staff is so helpful and friendly. The grounds and facilities are immaculate. There is always something to do to include outdoor activities such as mini golf (they recently did a lot of work to the greens), basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts. They even have tetherball! Always so many fun events during the warmer months and did I mention they even have bingo during the busy months! They have a nice big indoor pool (they are planning on doing some work to the pool this year to make it even better), relaxing spa, sauna, fitness room, 24-hour laundry room and they are all open year-round! They also accept monthly's which is fantastic. If you're a traveling RN in the Spokane or surrounding areas, this is the place! They have a full kitchen and do many special meal events during holidays. When the weather gets warmer, they sell pizza's every Friday, breakfast every Saturday morning and the best cinnamon rolls you have ever had every Sunday (they are huge). They also have a great activity center with a pool table, foosball table, ping pong table and kids games! This place really has it all so if you are in the area, check them out! read more

KM Resorts is amazing. I just want to say the Ponderosa Falls location in Cheney WA is beautiful. Nice gated community. Friendly staff, they check in on you. The facilities are well kept and the park is quiet and clean! My daughters and I stayed in cabin 107 and it is just so dang cute. It has everything you need to cook, and a TV with a DVD player. Nice cute bathroom. You bring your own bedding and towels which I prefer! So that's super easy. Thank you KM Resorts. I will be referring many many people your way! My girls and I loved staying with you and we will definitely be back soon! read more

Finally an RV "Resort" that really feels like a resort! We loved our week long stay at Ponderosa Falls. Our welcome from the staff on duty was just like we were old friends. The site was a tad bit tight, but as level as they come with great access to full hook up utilities (including cable, but we were here to unplug and the 2 big screen TVs in the clubhouse were great to catch up on stuff). In fact, the whole clubhouse was the best I have seen in years (pool table, foosball, air hockey, ping pong, toys, books, coffee/tea service, videos, etc) Wifi is available in the clubhouse, along with some fun activities for the kids and really tasty meals on the weekend. We enjoyed nachos Friday night and cinnamon rolls Sunday morning. The activity center has an indoor/outdoor pool, a spa for 18 years and older (thank you!), exercise room, sauna, restrooms (including a large family restroom with shower, and laundry with machines that really work. Outdoors there were numerous games (mini golf, basketball, tetherball, tennis court, great playgrounds, and more. There was even an outdoor concert on Saturday evening. We are Coast to Coast members and this is a reciprocal resort, so being treated so well can be a novel experience. I cannot say enough good about the staff. EVERY staff member that I came in contact was so very nice! Honestly, we didn't want to leave this place, but we are headed to another K/M Resort further west ;-) read more

We've stayed here twice now for one day only each time as we were heading through the area. Strange it is next to a housing area but the mature pine trees help make you forget the neighborhood is so close. The office does a lot of fun activities for their guests - from bingo and meals to karaoke and beer tasting. Most of the spots are fine but there are a few that are not level. We had one that was very unlevel but when we called the office they gave us a new spot. The pool and bathrooms looked nice and they had a clean laundry facilities and even a small gym with cardio equipment. I know they had a lot of areas for kids like putt putt golf and playgrounds but we didn't check those out as we didn't travel with little ones. Easy on/off the freeway so great location with a large gas station and restaurant and snack center nearby. Chad in the office, was a great help! read more

Easy access from I-90. Nice, quiet gem of a park. Sites are dirt/gravel with grass in between. Some sites are rather tight because of the mature trees, others have more space. Several spots with dog poop bags supplied, it appears that most people utilize them. Pool & hot tub are both inside, both clean. Bathrooms/showers (locking doors) spacious, clean with good water pressure. read more

Been here quite a few times. Every time I am told I have a pull thru that has an open view to get satellite reception. Never works. How can you tell people yes then when you can't get it they offer to sell you cable and it doesn't even work. This place needs a big remodel and upgrade. It's getting worn out. The pool is okay but nothing to write home about. The changing rooms need a lot of work. When are the owners going to wake up. read more

Not what we expected from a private "resort". It's way over due for a major renovation. There's a hand operated paddle boat pool, goo lagoon the kids called it. The filter wasn't running so I'm guessing this is where all the mosquitos are coming from. The swimming pool is decent with a hot tub but there was a red syringe receptacle in the bathroom. Why would there be a need for that? Diabetics? Overall we weren't impressed. The 50 series spots were really close together and our septic tank cap was missing so there was the rotten sewer smell as we setup. Just 10 mins from Spokane though and it's easy to get to from the interstate. read more

My wife and I recently stayed at Ponderosa Falls RV Park. We had a great experience. Reservations and check in was easy. The staff in the office were very professional, personable, knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all our questions and made sure we had wifi passwords, map of the park, and showed where the pool, restrooms, and laundry were located. Park staff were very friendly and helpful. They made sure our site was clean and ready for us to set up. The park was clean and well kept. We had a great experience and highly recommend Ponderosa Falls RV Park if you are in the Sookane area. read more

The resort is very clean and well kept, the staff is very friendly as well as everyone staying there. We look forward to checking out the rest of the KM resorts. Breakfast and dinner served on the weekends. The pool and hot tub were great and clean. The Wi-Fi was fast but could not get it at our site. I recently joined KM resorts and have been impressed with all so far. Each is unique, Ponderosa Falls is no exception. It has many activities to make this a nice vacation spot. I came here in spring so there was quite a bit of standing water and the roads are dirt and a bit rough but there is so much else here it should not drop the stars on this park. The spaces are roomy, the grounds are treed. There are water features, miniature golf laundry, propane and more. read more

I am not sure why the pool was so merky if we were supposed to take showers with soap before entering the pool. Perhaps they should drop the soap part? It always messed with the pH of our hot tub. Also they said WiFi was available and gave is no password. Sewer hook up could have been closer the middle of the site as we were unable to use it. First time in 16 different campgrounds in 3 weeks we were unable to use the hook up for the septic. A little pricey for not being able to use the full amenities read more

Easily accessible RV resort near the interstate and close to downtown Spokane. The park has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. They have back in parking, pull-thru parking, and 50 amp service. The heated pool and hot tub is a plus when the temperature drops! Would stay here again! read more

Walked in with no reservations. The front office staff were rude. After hesitation they decided to say that it was a private park and they had no room left. They were tons of spots left! You don't have to be a member to stay here. The park was not even nice. The reviews on Yelp are wrong! The minute we drive through the park I was so thankful we didn't stay there. It's just behind a large neighborhood. Yo can see all the houses from he park. Gross and outdated park. Don't waste your time or money! read more

Learned a lot about the area on this trip. Just outside of Spokane, but very easy to get downtown.

We would stay at this campground again. It's not the best location and a lot of the sites are flooded right now, but the recreation facilities are really nice--pool and ping pong tables, dart board, air hockey and foosball. They also have a miniature golf course and basketball court. The pool, hot tub, sauna and showers are nice and clean. Our kids were happy and the staff was friendly and courteous. They offered to let our teenage robotics team use their banquet facility for a game night. The sites are very close together and you won't feel like you're in a state park--it seems like there may be quite a few people residing there in their campers. It may be these people responsible for the dog poop everywhere--that's a little gross. Note to dog owners--if you aren't willing to pick up, leave your dog at home. No one else wants to deal with your crap. Overall the campground is nice, quiet, clean and the staff are courteous. read more

This is the first time we used this resort it is quiet and not far off 1- 90. The park is in need of upgrade.

We've been here a few times & really like this park. Everyone has always been very helpful. Our grand kids love the swimming pool &putt putt golf. Have eaten their breakfast a few times & they were very good for $3. Definately will be back. read more

Wifi is only available around the office - in September they said that they we're upgrading it ( read on Trip advisor ) but 6 months later ??? The staff is great my reservations were messed up but they were able to fix it with very little problems - the park setting in the trees is very nice with a spacious & level site great pool & laundry facilities for $1.00 a load. The signage directing us to the campground could be better but we found it anyway We were led to believe that as a KM owned park that stays were limited based on your package level but there are several RVs here that are underpinned leading me to believe they are permanent residents Overall this is a nice quiet park & we would return again Les7h read more

This was our first KM Resorts experience. We are very happy. The campsites were clean and well maintained. The check in experience was smooth. All the staff was very friendly. It is a very family friendly atmosphere. We made several friends at the park too. We enjoyed the amenities. The only reason it's not a five is that a few of the spaces are a bit hard to get in and out of. Overall, we had a great time and will come again. read more

As KM Resort Park members, this has been one of our favorite KM parks for years. It is easy to access and close to Spokane. We always enjoy the indoor spa and swimming pool. This year we also enjoyed free WiFi, although it was spotty and slow, even in the clubhouse. However, maintenance is slipping--the mini-golf course needs revamping and other areas are showing the parks age. We are seniors, and full-time (in the summer) RVers. This has always been more of a family park than a senior's park but this year, there was no adult activity director and thus, no activities that we didn't generate ourselves. We missed the card games that are usually available in KM parks. read more

When we first arrived and checked in at the office, we were both impressed at how quicky the check in process went. When we got to our site though, we saw that they had sent us to a very small back in site with many tall pines on either side, and we have a larger 5th wheel with 5 slides. My husband MAYBE could have gotten it in, but it wouldn't have been easy. So he headed back up to the office where they quickly found us a bigger pull thru site. Much better!!! Once we got set up and settled we walked around and saw that it was a very nice, clean park with many amenities. Everything from an indoor pool, and a sauna, to a kids lagoon! That night was nacho night and the next day they had breakfast fajitas. The only thing was, that wasn't mentioned on any information they gave us at the office and we just saw it on a paper taped to a building that we happened by on walk past. Not sure why they didn't t ell us about it. But, we were disappointed once we saw all it had to offer that we were only there for one night and we would definitely stay again if we found ourselves in that area again. read more

Nice RV Park. 4th time we have stayed here. Friendly staff and quick check in. Security code and gate to go through to the parking area. RV spots are gravel and our spot was level. Some trees for shade. Cable was good. The staff informed us that we couldn't get WIFI from the spots but we were able to get it just fine with Xfinity. Nice office and clubhouse area with a small pool. We stayed here with RPI membership. We will stay here again. read more

We picked this RV park based on the location for a 3 night stay. We wanted to tour and photograph The Palouse and this was the closest park with good amenities. Lots of trees, nice pool and workout room. Easy access from I-90 and close to shopping -- Wallmart is 5 miles -- and easy access to Spokane. Staff was friendly and helpful. read more

Overall a nice park well off the I-90. Roads around park could use some improvement due to being rough. Nice bathrooms but could use a few more around the park. Friendly staff in office that let us cruise around to find a nice spot for our larger RV. Some spots were very short so it was a little harder to find a nice one but they have many pull thru type. Well maintained buildings and grounds. Not sure why others rated it low. We are full time RVers and this park was nicer than many we have seen. Great play to relax & rest. read more

Ponderosa Falls Resort is another great K&M resort. We have stayed at the resort twice the staff is friendly and the utilities are good, 50 amp power /good water pressure free wi-fi they also have cable TV for a small fee. They seem to make improvements at the resort on a regular basis. Many activities for children as well. We will return. read more
