I have never had such courteous responses to any request, large or small. Other than the pain, I looked forward to seeing each of them everyday. I have nothing but praise for all the staff. The floor I was on, was on it's way to being renovated. The other 4 floors had been completed, they must be marvelous because, even though mine was next, I was very impressed with the size of my private room. By the way, all rooms are private rooms. I was on the first floor, which is the joint care unit. The rooms are very spacious with a sofa that makes into a bed, recliner chair, utility closet where they store your meds in a wall safe, the bathroom has a full tub with a shower head, grab bars all around, storage are for closes and sink and counter in main bedroom area. Now to the food, the first 2 days I was ravenous, so I ate everything. The meds started wearing off and I can still say the food was good. The hospital is catered by Picadilly Cafateria, so you are getting cafeteria food which is still better than regular hospital food. Can you tell, I was very pleased and I give this hospital a 5 star and lots of praise. If you are thinking about this hospital, think no longer. It's great. They were rated as one of the best Regional Hospitals by US World News. That says it all!

But I started to have doubts closer to my appointment because of poor customer service. So, I canceled my appointment and was back to square one. Then I found MMG- Sanderlin. Thankfully, they took new patients. I checked in and I was called in a little over 5 minutes later. The staff were generous: Andrea, Nurse Practitioner Amanda Lee, and Lynda. They were respectful and answered my questions that I had. I was done within an hour. I enjoyed my time there. I highly recommend this place.

During my last bi-annual visit with her on August 25, 2025, her office scheduled a follow-up appointment for February 16, 2026. Forty-five minutes prior to that appointment, I received a call from her office informing me that my appointment had been scheduled on one of Dr. Murti's days off. I took a day off work and drove for 2.5 hours (128 miles) only to find out that her office had scheduled my appointment on her day off. Her office staff had over 5 months to correct (reschedule) an appointment that should have never been scheduled in the first place, yet they waited until the last minute to try and do so. Why would anyone entrust their healthcare to an organization that they can no longer trust simply to schedule an appointment? Suffice it to say, I have a new GP now.

The first time I went to go visit them on poplar Avenue in Germantown. I was the only person in the whole d*** building except for a couple of doctors. Now, for Doctor bland she just picks and chooses what she wants to do. She didn't give me any education on a medication that is dangerous to my health could kill me. Yet she didn't tell me a d*** thing about. I called sanita's and requested her to give me a call back last week. She didn't even bother to give me a call. She hasn't even bothered to put in a referral for me for a urologist, which was a demand from the e. R at saint Francis for me to go see a urologist. Now blue cross the blue shield.
