They charged me for 30 mins of extra time due to a "scheduled" 1 hour session even though I told the tutor and the service lady who canceled my membership that we only had 30 mins left and were not going to do the session BEFORE the session happened. Really disappointed with this business strategy they use and expect them to be better. If we ever need tutoring again it will be with a company that is transparent when it comes to charges.
