The manager was very nice at first until the day we had to evacuate our home due to the fires. We had no where to go, so we hung out at our storage unit. She showed up the next morning and started yelling and accusing us of LIVING in the unit,not even asking about our situation. Other people that had to evacuate also had stayed at the facility. Another time she would not let me out the gate until we did exactly what she wanted. I think that's called kidnapping, holding me against my will! Now we are trying to clean out our unit, my boyfriend worked all night loading our things. This morning I get a text from her accusing the boyfriend of living in the unit and shaving in HER bathroom. You can look at him and know that's not true! And telling me he needs to get off the property and not come back, remember he's on the contract and we have access 24/7. I called her to discuss the issue with her and she hung up on me. How professional! It's a very nice clean facility but the owner needs to put their manager in check. Get the facts before accusing someone. We have taken pictures of the unit before returning our keys, there was a $50 deposit and rent is prorated for the last few days of the month that we had paid. 8 days to be exact. We had three truckloads of home goods transported from Creswell to Roseburg including a piano and 13 pieces of antique mahogany furniture with nary a scratch. Flegel treated our items like they were their own (down to the smallest glass figurine) and always with positive and friendly interaction. They go over the top to make the move as smooth as possible and will move everything in sight unless you stop them! Over 40 pictures and certificates to hang on the wall (tons o' breakable glass) were transported without a hitch. They even packed the hanging closet clothes into their own hanging/moving boxes and unloaded them in our new, quite large, home. The owner of serve pro told us he had to much of a case load and couldn't get to it and they were not going to charge us for there negligence. He also said they had tore apart the whole down stairs but they did not. He used the funds to pay himself way above what he discussed with our insurance and now is trying to charge us for mitigation and demo even though he never disputed or disagreed with our insurance for the mitigation and he was paid 30000 for the work he did do. Some of his employees painted profanity on our doors and destroyed property and played dart boards on our walls during these hard times for us and our family, very unprofessional. He also left our 2 refrigerator full of food and didn't take those out the house even though they were still less then a year old when the upstairs caught fire. The refrigerators sat rotting in the house for over a year. These photos were taken the same week the house was demolished the insurance company sent someone out and had taken these photos of our home before they tore it down. This shows how they did not do anything to the down stairs and this shows how he took advantage of a family of 6 during a very hard time in our life and he told us we had to reimburse him for the demolition of the home at 24000 when he had 181000 that was to go to our home. He even met with our attorney and discussed the work that was done and about getting a storage unit to get our belongings into it. We have the emails to prove this. This is wrong and we are almost 2 years without a home. Again these photos are from a person the insurance sent out days before demolition proving the date. Also he raised the contractor bid 40,000 dollars which the contractor didn't know about and told the contractor not to contact us. The contactor reached out after 3 months a very respected contractor and we discussed this 40,000 that he said he didn't raise his bid and he was told not to talk to us.

They were friendly and although both homes were on hills they never complained. Nothing was damaged or broken. It was all very professional, right from the start when we had the estimator Brian come by our house to evaluate the cost of the move. The price was very reasonable and we didn't regret our choice.
