New public right of way sidewalk and gutters and multiple concrete slab repairs, routing of roof gutters, and similar, G. Large, will last a lifetime, redwood raised bed that will never collapse. 6. Investigated potential leak in shower. 7. Repaired stucco from panel and shower leak investigation. 8. Repaired various parts of the roof and gutter system. I know I am missing some things, but all of this was great and kept us coming back for more (I still asked others for competitive quotes, but the price and quality could not be beat). Whenever I had questions or desires, they were answered and provided. Furthermore, I know that AHES will be here for me if there is ever a problem with any of the work and they will stand by it. They were always on time and informative! Their staff were all pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. My only negative notes were minor miscommunications (which were favorably corrected). I would recommend them to others. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews and can say that these experiences do not match what happened with me.

Any home renovation project has bumps, and this one had its fair share: after initial install they monitor the systems production remotely to see if it's doing what it's supposed to/expected to, and my system was initially under-performing. They caught it and sent out a team to problem solve it, which took a couple tries, but they didn't drag their feet, they kept on it and kept at it and got it resolved. It was no fault of theirs, just a technology glitch. Core fear was that they would give up after a couple failures and leave me following up with them to get it done, but I never had to worry about that. I also did not end up liking where they placed the control box- it was something that was going to make future maintenance of my house trim problematic down the line. They willingly moved it up a few inches for me (and my only complaint was the team that did that didn't patch the original hole as efficiently as they should have. If I had understood the box placement better on the first pass that would never have happened, so this is a bit of a complaint of my own making.) Jon Landsman, who sold me the system, stayed with us the whole time tracking the project, checking in, and following through on every detail, every question, every concern. He never made me feel like the demanding diva that I am, was always prompt and gracious! The bottom line is that start to finish, even with a few bumps in the road, I have zero question that this is a company that legitimately cares about doing what is right. The culture of deeply valuing customer service that they have built is unmatched by many businesses these days. I am SO pleased, and SO impressed, and I can promise that you will be too!
