She quickly told me that the lights just must be out. I tried to inform her it was more than that as the right marker was absent... no light at all. She proceeded to tell me they only needed a left and that the right was not required. What?!? That makes no sense... Here I am trying to help your business and you're getting defensive and snarky... wow. Upon further review, per Oregon Law she appears to be incorrect (as I guessed). Only needing a left signal and not needing a right makes no sense and is completely inaccurate. I'm sure your company can afford a huge payout due to negligence- your choice. Greg - who was friendly and professional - gave us an estimate for our barn roof repair and moss removal on our house, which seemed reasonable compared to what we'd been hearing. Not all the leaks ended up being fixed, but it's an old roof. They came back out and did more work to try and repair them, and sent me a bill which I didn't expect. Because I didn't know there would be a charge for them to come out a second time, they waived it. We'll be using them in the future.

So i called again, was able to make an appointment for the following Monday at 8 am, because thats the only way the quote was possible. She tells me the manager just left 5 min before i arrived, and that because i was late, i will have to wait another hour for her to come back because apparently no one else works there that can look at my truck and give me a quote. The only reason i went... A quote, apparently, is not enough incentive to wait for a customer, or at the least, have another person on standby. I was told by the secretary that the manager had some allergies or something, and that i was late, she was justified in leaving her shop. Being the only manager, and i guess the only worker 45 min after opening on a Monday morning. Is that professional in anyway? I still cant believe how incompetent and inconsiderate these people were of a potential customer. They knew i drove an hour to get there. Unreal.
