Very nice people. My brother and I were in a devistating accident on I-5. This towing company were the ones that recovered the vehicle. Lost in the wreck was my phone that contained years of data for work and photos of family that couldn't be replaced. They went through the wreck late after normal business hours and searched in the rain and were able to find a very soggy phone. They took it inside and dried it out as best they could. They also called and let us know it was located. The next day they lent us a hand to locate other personal items in the wreck. We appreciate them taking some extra time to help us. read more

Price Gouging at its finest. All Star Towing was called out to tow a car after an accident on I5. An 18-mile tow to their storage yard cost over $750. The breakdown of charges was: Towing Charge $205 Mileage $144 Labor $150 Special Equipment (Dollies) $225 Dispatch $30 All Star Towing is taking advantage of people at their most vulnerable time and should be ashamed of themselves. read more

I don't normally write reviews, but I had a terrible experience with All Star Towing. My Mom had a medical emergency on I-5 S and was taken to the hospital via ambulance, and her car was towed by them. They charged $900.00 just to pull it off the freeway and park it in a safer location. The woman I spoke to on the phone at All Star Towing was really rude and did not want to repeat herself as my fiance had already talked to her, and it was pretty clear they were lying on the phone. My Mom's car insurance company was pretty baffled by the tow company and were puzzled why the tow company would charge so much just to just pull it off the freeway to a safer side street. The tow company later claimed the car was actually at their facility. It kind of seems like this company banks on taking advantage of people in distress and banks on insurance companies paying the absurd tow bill. It's too bad there are not more regulations to protect consumers from tow companies from charging absurd amounts. I understand you need to make your money, but please don't take advantage of people... All Star Towing just added to the stress of the whole situation to help my Mom out. read more

Broke down on the Siskiyou Pass at 2 o'clock in the morning, they driver who came out and towed me was incredible. He was friendly, professional, and very concerned with me and where I was going to have my car towed to. My insurance company was going to send me to a pretty shady shop in a not nice area. The driver and his dispatcher recommended a Great! shop in Ashland that was right off the freeway and had a gas station and office that was open 24 hours (Valley View Auto Repair). The people there took great care of me allowed me to stay warm in the office and fed me free coffee all night. My car was fixed that morning and I was on the road by 11:00. Thank You!!!! read more

Wow. I have never seen a worse towing company in my life. If you could even call this a company. I saw their kids working in the lot washing the cars they must have swindled someone for. I've had the most unpleasurable experience with them not once, but twice. The tow truck driver was not knowledgable at all with towing procedures and had the worst attitude, well second worst attitude compared to the female that worked in the office she was the most rude and unprofessional person ive ever came across that would claim to operate a business, because in my opinion this isnt a business, they are a couple crooks. They told me the price of the short distance tow and said if i wanted to argue with it they could charge me even more. So she did. She charged me over 260 dollars to tow my truck about two miles. Ridiculous, claiming it was a weekend and that was the "on call" fee or something like that.To make things worse they said they were right down the road and took almost a half hour to come to me. I will never call this company again and regret doing so in the first place. read more

michelle and her husband are amazing. i dont know what i would have done without them this weekend. because of them i was able to make it to my uncles wedding!!! my truck broke down in the middle of the intersection on friday with me and my two little boys in it. they had my truck towed and i didnt even have to wait long and the guy towing my truck offered to bring my kids and i back to to tow yard since i had nowhere to go. they gave us a nice cool place to sit out of the heat, they let my boys play with toys, they looked for multiple places to see if there was a car i could rent, her husband didnt have to but he tried everything he could to get my car to start which didnt end up happening so they rented me out a uhual pick-up and my boys and i were able to make it to the wedding. these two completely went out of their way to help my family and i couldnt be more blessed. thank you for everything you did for me!!!!! youre amazing and i hope to see you guys again just hopefully under better circumstances lol. If I could review this company lower then 1 star, believe me, I would. Absolutely horrifying service. My mother and I hired this company to transport my grandmother's trailer to a mobile home/RV park. First of all, I should say that the contractor they sent out to tow us was a horrible man. A complete jerk. He gave us an estimate of $250 for the trip, and at the end, demanded $475 while threatening to hitch the trailer back up and take it away. This had my grandmother IN TEARS. Upon the initial unhitching, they dropped the massive trailer onto the back of their truck damaging the trailer in the process. They also flooded the sewage, and could not level the trailer correctly. It should also be said that they had ABSOLUTELY ZERO PAPERWORK, leaving the entire job in a verbal contract. By the end of the whole extravaganza, I almost called the police and he left unhappily. IF YOU HAVE ANY INTELLIGENCE WHATSOEVER YOU WILL RUN FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. read more
