At no point did anyone come over to acknowledge the ridiculous wait, apologize sincerely, or offer any kind of compensation. It felt like they were prioritizing takeout orders over people actually dining in the restaurant, which made the experience even more frustrating. When my husband finally complained, we still didn't get much of a response. By the time the food arrived, we were all exhausted and cranky. To be fair, the food was good -- but absolutely not worth the experience. We will not be back. With a little bit of care, communication, and accountability, this could've been handled so much better.

Another ten minutes passed before she came back to take a replacement order. Unfortunately, our meals weren't entered together. About 35 minutes into our visit, drinks finally arrived. Ten minutes after that, my dinner showed up... but the other entrée didn't make it to the table for another 20-25 minutes. By that point, we'd already shared mine and asked for the second meal to be boxed up. Between the long waits, the out-of-stock entrée, and the overly loud music, this just wasn't the relaxing dinner we'd hoped for. While the Wall of Honor is a nice touch, I wouldn't save this spot in my GPS for a return trip.
