Could use some modernizing, overall nice stay! Very cost efficient! Cute little dish washing stations, VERY kid friendly! Lots of fun activities, tye die, mini golf, basic pool. Fun gem mining. Respectful area at night time, fun environment, friendly. DELICIOUS breakfast, $5 per adult, such amazing staff. Felt like I was eating breakfast at my grandmas! Never have we ever felt more welcome and satisfied the food here is SOOOO yummy! delicious pizza and wings too! VERY GOOD DEAL ON WOOD, spend the $20! ITS WORTH IT!!! We had enough wood for three nights of fires.. wood and ice delivery for free! This is definitly our go to spot for last minute weekend getaways! You can DoorDash from Northampton. No golf cart rentals. Fun scavenger hunts for the kids.

Not easy to find missed the turn -- looks small when you first come in but it goes back through the woods -- sites close together -- many seasonal sites but they were run down and not well maintained -- has a small play ground -- dog park was located behind 2 huge dumpsters-- some cabins - some patio sites with a swing some sites had a dog enclosure -- it has potential not sure how long it has been a KOA but def needs updating -- has a pool but was closed for the season -- we stayed here for one night so it was fine for an overnight stay headed southbound -- the town of Springfield is a college town so lots of nice shops and restaurants close by -- don't think i would vacation here but fine for an overnite to transition here to there

This place made us feel welcome and great customer service. The staff were attentive, and the facilities were clean

Nice, quiet campground. Dog park was small, but clean. We have no complaints. Will be back if in the area.

Located in the village of Florence, the 150 acres of land were given to the City of Northampton by Mrs. Fannie Burr Look (widow of Frank Newhall Look). Mr. Look had been a long-time resident of Northampton and the chief executive of the Prophylactic Brush Company. Operation and maintenance are dependent upon the trust fund, visitor fees, grants, and gifts. Owned by the city but operated as a non-profit organization, Look Park receives no funding from the city or state. The park contains a number of notable features including walking paths, an outdoor amphitheater, tennis courts, baseball and softball diamonds, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, playscapes, a spray park, a wildlife center, a sweet shoppe, covered picnic areas, covered bridges, and a miniature railway. I recently visited Look Memorial Park with my family. I first visited the park last summer with my older son. We had so much fun that we decided to return this year with my wife and younger son. We first set out to visit the park's 5,000-square-foot spray park. It was a hot day and my two sons had a blast exploring the various ground jets, bucket dumps and water umbrellas. After a change of clothes, we explored one of the playscapes and the wildlife center. What we were most looking forward to was a ride on the park's miniature steamer train. Manufactured by Wichita, Kansas-based Chance Rides, the miniature train is a replica of the circa-1863 C.P. Huntington steam locomotive. The train runs every half hour on the weekends and rides last about 10 minutes. The train is transformed into 'Santa's Train' during the Christmas holiday season and it can also be rented for birthday parties. The train ride was easily the highlight of our park visit. We look forward to visiting Look Memorial Park again and again!

I wish management would be more proactive about notifying incoming guests that many park services are closed before paying to get in. We also went to the sweet shop to get root beer floats, and paid $11 for two root beer floats that were actually half full. I would recommend the place for people looking to enjoy the scenery, but apart from that the experience was lacking.

It had water and electric and great views of the woods, a little creek below and it offered the right amount of privacy. We really enjoyed our stay here. We stuck mostly to our site for the two nights we were here. There is a pool, it's small but decent on site although next to the busy road. There is a rec hall but doesn't have much to offer except for a Ping pong table, an old piano and some table and chairs. It's pretty outdated and run down as are the bathrooms although clean and plenty of hot water. The store on site in the office has a few things on the shelf but shouldn't rely on getting things there. There is a country store few miles down the road, Katie's which has everything, butcher shop, beer, wine, fresh baked pies and pretty much anything you can think of. The outhouse/ports potty up in the Maple Hill site area is very clean and was fine to use. CJ who runs the place and lives on site is great and is happy to help if you need something. Overall we loved the site we were on, there were some on Maple Hill that were wooded and secluded as well, H is halfway from office/pool to end so great location. If you are looking for a place to just hang out on your site, enjoy the woods and camping experience without running from activity to activity you find at other resorts and don't need a lot of frilly things then it's a good place for you.
