John said we would never find it but then proceeded to do the necessary repairs to fix the piece we brought in. Extremely knowledgeable, the kind of place your dad would have most likely gone to get his plumbing problems taking cared of. The plumbing supply store is on the lower floor, on the first floor they have all types of tiles and other bath supplies. I am so glad I was referred to go here to help with my situation. Went back home and installed the piece he fixed for us and all my problems are resolved and at an economical way. There were three people working there and zero customers besides me. One was staring at his phone…read moreand seemed bothered to be asked any questions. Asked someone else about paint odors and VOCs since were painting the entire almost 4K sf interior and I have an asthmatic child. Asked if I could smell the different paints and he was trying to avoid it bc they'll smell different on the walls. Ok, but can I smell them? He kept making excuse not to have to open the regal and eco and then started calling out to the other two employees staring at the phones how "she wants to "smell" the paint!" and he kept saying how it's a strange request. They were also out of paint swatches that were ok backorder (maybe bc they're staring at their phones rather than taking inventory). And then "can you match a color to my cabinets" "I can bring a sample in my car" was met with a sarcastic "you're going to bring me your kitchen cabinet?" Bad customer service. Try a different branch or go to Sherwin Williams. Their paint is less toxic smelling anyway
