They did seem like a small operation, since we ended up meeting locally vs. the store front to pay cash for the booth. I was a little weary of the legitimacy, but that all worked out despite some nervousness on my part. However, day of the booth and attendant didn't show up until 30 minutes before guest were due to arrive. I went off to the ceremony not wanting to worry about that, but according to the on-site coordinator, he was a little flustered and hurried doing set up. This might explain why he forgot our scrapbook. Keep in mind this scrapbook was supposed to be our guestbook. This was made clear in planning with the team at Wicked Fun photo booths and unfortunately the attendant wasn't clear on this. When I arrived and realized guests were getting two prints, but had NO book to put them in and sign, I was pretty upset. However, I wasn't going to let that ruin the night and enjoyed the booth (and of course the rest of the wedding regardless.) At the end of the night miraculously the attendant found our book in the truck. He apologized, but at 10 minutes until the end of the wedding, you can imagine we weren't getting many guests signatures and notes in our guestbook. Overall, the pictures looked good. Guests had fun. However, buyer beware that you may not get what you pay for. We negotiated a price based on the scrapbook and it wasn't delivered. To make matters worse, instead of instantly offering us something back, we had to go back and forth on what was a fair compensation. I've worked in customer service most of my life and couldn't believe that the company didn't seem willing to work with us. While I will enjoy our pictures, I will never, ever have a wedding guest book and there's nothing that will change that. It makes me sad to think they took that away from me and I trusted a vendor to take care of a memento that important, but there's no going back. I just wish they were able to see the value in that.

Our wedding this weekend everything was great. I (the bride) didn't have to think about the set up, takedown, or operation of the booth once. Our guests had a great time, our photo album was really fun, and we received all of the pictures very soon after our wedding. Matt, the attendant, was particularly great. He engaged with our wedding guests, and genuinely seemed to be enjoying himself throughout the day. This company was easy to work with prior to the event as well. I highly recommend them!

Who showed up to our wedding day was a woman with a very poor attitude, which was noted by our vendors as well as our wedding party. Jill's photos are nice, but nothing spectacular. She provided the same photo with many different filters which felt like a waste. Many of our photos with family members look very awkward due to placement, and large amounts of space between people. Jill always seemed to have something going on, which she absolutely brought with her to work. Rather unfortunate as someone who promises to capture the best day of your life, while radiating negativity and a piss poor mood. I was unfortunately pressured by Jill to write a stellar review prior to receiving our photos. She made me feel terrible stating that her business was in need of reviews as business had been slow. Super unprofessional, and makes you wonder how many of the 4-5 star reviews are actually accurate. Given that she still had ALL of our wedding photos, I felt that I had no choice. I tried to side step and wait until we had our actual photos but she basically harassed us and guilted us in to it. Jill should probably consider photographing something besides weddings, perhaps nature or animals. Feel free to roll the dice and give her a try, but hiring Jill as our photographer was single handedly the worst decision we made regarding our wedding. Now we are forced to re-visit this terrible experience every time we look at our photos. We honestly wish we had my brother-in-law who is a amateur photographer capture our day. You don't necessarily think about it, but you spend a good chunk of your wedding day hanging out with your photographers, and so you want them to be people you enjoy. You shouldn't have any concerns with Peter and Christine. They are super fun, interesting, down to earth, and really excited to be there. They're married, and the obvious love they have for each other, and the fun they have working together, added to the wonderful day that we had. They brought a huge amount of energy to our wedding, were a blast to work with leading up to the event, and are just a remarkably passionate and talented couple who take amazing photos (and introduced us to our amazing band to boot!). The man has an eye for photography as is proof from the hundreds of pictures he took at our wedding. Many other photographers rely on Photoshop to edit their pictures, and often, this gives the pictures an unrealistic look, but Mark is just a master of his camera and takes great shots to begin with so he doesn't have to over-edit! My parents owned a photo processing shop for over 20 years, and as such, I have looked at and printed, easily over a million pictures over the years, so I am very picky about my photography. I was able to identify Mark's skills through the sample pictures he had on wedding wire and his website, and though I had never met him before, I called him and signed a contract within a day of finding him.
