We hired ChiChi's party rentals for a wedding in September 2025. We rented the 360 photobooth. The…read morephotobooth was a hit with our guests and we had close to 100 videos, which was awesome. The link to our gallery was provided to us promptly via email. Where the problem arose was that nowhere in the contract, nor the email to us with the gallery link, were we informed that our gallery had to be downloaded in 6 months because the videos would permanently delete from the link provided. Now, we are left with raw and unedited video footage with no resolution. This is disheartening as we chose not to hire a videographer or content creator, and solely went with the 360 photobooth for our wedding. It feels like a total waste of money to us, in addition to the fact that all of our edited wedding content is gone. Everyone please read your contracts closely to make sure this doesn't happen to you, especially with such a large and once-in-a-lifetime event, like a wedding.

Pete was fantastic to work with and even helped setup our photo logo for the bottom of the prints. He worked with me until I was happy with the final results and what made it better is that he was patient through the process. Set up and break down was so quick. He brought over props that were set up on the table for the 80+ guests to choose from. We did the green screen photo booth which had a variety of backgrounds. We booked FPP for my neice's 1st birthday party. We booked with Jonell and she was very helpful and…read moreprofessional. James helped us with the graphic for our photo strip and was the attendant the day of. They are very responsive via email as I emailed multiple times. Turn around time was less than an hour. FPP was able to work within our budget. The quality of the service and the pictures were top notch and not compromised. James arrived 30 mins before the party started and got everything up and running. They had their own props for us to use and we even made our own by printing pictures and putting them on wooden dowels. Tip: some print outs may not show up well on camera. Try taking your own pictures with flash to make sure they show up in the photo booth. And you should definitely make your own so it's more personalized! We made big faces of my neice. It was so cute!! Their equipment are actually pretty small and compact, so you don't even need a lot of space for their photo booth. We put it in our foyer and it was perfect. We also have access to our pictures online so we can download them and print them on our own. I love that before James left, he gave us a USB loaded with all of the pictures on it. He was also very accommodating when people wanted to get one final picture in even though we ran over our time booked. The photo booth was a huge hit and everyone loved it!
