A childhood friend of my husband (so they already knew each other), he spent time getting to know me and my personality, to get a sense of what might work best for us during our Reception. The online music selection form was extremely helpful to us and very user-friendly. The night of the reception, Scottie was very flexible and proactive. He suggested adjustments to our timeline based upon crowd participation, guest requests, and the general mood of the reception. My husband and I were constantly pulled in different directions by guests and we didn't have to worry - Scottie kept the party going. We also got great feedback from our guests, many of whom are notoriously tough critics. Everyone had a great time. We would highly recommend 360 DJs/Scottie Mac for weddings or any function.

He worked with us to craft the perfect playlist for both our ceremony and reception and kept the party going all night long! Both Sherry and Tyler gave us their personal contact information and were available at any time, day or night, if we needed to contact them for any changes that we thought of after our initial conversations. We hired ChiChi's party rentals for a wedding in September 2025. We rented the 360 photobooth. The…read morephotobooth was a hit with our guests and we had close to 100 videos, which was awesome. The link to our gallery was provided to us promptly via email. Where the problem arose was that nowhere in the contract, nor the email to us with the gallery link, were we informed that our gallery had to be downloaded in 6 months because the videos would permanently delete from the link provided. Now, we are left with raw and unedited video footage with no resolution. This is disheartening as we chose not to hire a videographer or content creator, and solely went with the 360 photobooth for our wedding. It feels like a total waste of money to us, in addition to the fact that all of our edited wedding content is gone. Everyone please read your contracts closely to make sure this doesn't happen to you, especially with such a large and once-in-a-lifetime event, like a wedding.

We booked FPP for my neice's 1st birthday party. We booked with Jonell and she was very helpful and…read moreprofessional. James helped us with the graphic for our photo strip and was the attendant the day of. They are very responsive via email as I emailed multiple times. Turn around time was less than an hour. FPP was able to work within our budget. The quality of the service and the pictures were top notch and not compromised. James arrived 30 mins before the party started and got everything up and running. They had their own props for us to use and we even made our own by printing pictures and putting them on wooden dowels. Tip: some print outs may not show up well on camera. Try taking your own pictures with flash to make sure they show up in the photo booth. And you should definitely make your own so it's more personalized! We made big faces of my neice. It was so cute!! Their equipment are actually pretty small and compact, so you don't even need a lot of space for their photo booth. We put it in our foyer and it was perfect. We also have access to our pictures online so we can download them and print them on our own. I love that before James left, he gave us a USB loaded with all of the pictures on it. He was also very accommodating when people wanted to get one final picture in even though we ran over our time booked. The photo booth was a huge hit and everyone loved it! Will definitely recommend them and use them again. Thanks FPP!
