I took my car to Arundel auto several times in the past 2 years and was satisfied with their work…read morebut there were always warning signs: never being called back when a job was done, no one at the front desk, etc. Recently I had my car towed because my car died on the road (usually a sign something is wrong with the alternator.) I told them what happened and they said they would look at it and call me when it was done. After not hearing from them all day, I called them and they said it was the battery and they fixed it for the low cost of $281 (red flag right there.) 2 weeks later, my car has died with the exact same problem. It deeply concerns me that they are certified Triple A.

My truck is getting some age on it so I really like to care that Twin City gives me the really nice people they work hard and they take good care of you. I set up my appointment via text as well, and it was about 10 or so days out, but it didn't even take them half the day to finish the work, and best of all, they realized I didn't need a certain part installed so the cost ended up being significantly less than what they quoted originally. If that isn't evidence of a very honest operation, I don't know what is. Highly recommend Twin City!
