Randy got me in within 48 hours, identified and fixed the issue within just a few hours. Unfortunately, the light came back on (no fault of SMC) the following day. I brought it back in and again, had a quick turnaround on getting it resolved. Randy called me off-hours to let me know it was all set, resolving all issues prior to me leaving Scarborough. As a result we have had to take it to a Ford dealer after he said it was good to go and wouldn't honor the warranty. They had another $500 worth of the issues that need to be corrected ; I would trust him to do any work on any vehicle at any time however the parts that were put in appear to have proper workmanship from subcontractors. In addition he will not return calls TO BUSINESS or mobile, his address comes back return mail. Buyer beware!
