After being recommended to Sima by our water filtration provider, I called them first thing in the morning. By early afternoon they had someone out to check out our system. I had already resigned myself to the idea that our 21 year old pump had died and was just hoping that it wasn't a dry well situation. The Sima tech systematically checked the whole system to make sure he fully diagnosed the whole issue. He was able to find the root cause was an electrical short. He fixed that and got our water back up and running very quickly. He could have easily told me that I needed a new pump and I would have completely believed him and bought it. Instead, he was honest and charged a very reasonable price for his labor. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be calling once my old pump really does go! You can trust this company.

The quote they gave me was fair and honest, especially considering another company gave me a higher quote claiming the pump was underground. Dennis assured me the pump was NOT underground, a very honest admission that saved me hundreds of dollars, if not more! After some problems were discovered in the install process, Dennis and Water Dr worked with me to make the unexpected costs more reasonable. He then sent me a detailed invoice that included a warranty, easing any concerns I might have about future issues.
