Person helping us was very nice but insisted on carrying the umbrella to the car for us. Pretty sure the reason was because she knew it was damaged. The reason I believe this is because she said repeatedly that if there were any issues we should call them. I thought it was odd to repeat that at the time but didn't think much of it. And, no matter how insistent I was she didn't want us carrying it. There are grey marks on the side of the white pole as if rubbed. I didn't notice them while I was at the store. I would suggest that if you are going to buy something here that you inspect it thoroughly. Don't run the actual purchase until you've had time to satisfy yourself that everything is ok. They have a sign up that states that "All sales are final". I believe that some of the paperwork you sign states that the items you are buying are in good condition at the time of sale. If this business wanted to improve their business practices they should inspect it right in front of the customer.

Sit on everything lay down on the couch, etc. and enjoy your visit. They also provide snacks down in the back. There's ice cream and candy does come in handy if not alone. I would like to state one story about their warrantees, which I highly suggest you purchase. One of my purchases was a white leather living room set.. It was a rather large expensive set. it included a large sectional and I added to living room cheers and three Ottomans as I had a huge living room. I had this furniture for approximately four years and to my surprise the sectional on the backside started to peel. I was very surprised about this and I contacted them about replacement as I did purchase the warranty. I spent almost $400 on the warranty which most of my friends thought I was crazy. I'm a big fan of extended plans. Anyway, while I was speaking to Bob's customer service on the phone and requesting someone coming and take a look at my furniture as I wanted to put in a warranty claim to either repair it or replace it. I was informed that they no longer had this leather living room available and that they were not doing repairs on that model any longer. I found myself in a funny position when I asked what can you do for me? They said we can give you a refund so I readily agreed. When my refund came in the mail now mind you I still had all the furniture they didn't want to come get it. They didn't even come in inspect it which I couldn't believe. I thought they were gonna be sending me a partial refund of some sort however they sent me a refund in the form of store credit for over $4000.. yes they refunded me for my entire purchase the cheers the Ottomans and the warranty. Unless I fall in love with a piece of furniture somewhere else, I will always drop at Bob's. Now back to the basic review they have a very very large parking area so you will always get a spot. It's directly on route one so it's. And they have a great selection of furniture for any room or decor. Now when you go in if you like a couch or chair, they actually have different colors. You can order them in even though you don't see it displayed so make sure you speak to the sales person. They have a finance program positive, but I see it advertised when I walk around. This company is a fraud. They did a total bait and switch when I purchased a bedroom set. The…read moretotal for the set was $1,800 and the sales person set up payment arrangements so I could pay over 4 months interest free. The payments had to come out as an EFT from a checking account and they would not accept a debit card. Every two weeks for 4 months and the purchase would be paid in full. I made a cash payment of $300 at the time, which was never noted on the receipt. They took that money to pay for delivery and take away of the old mattress. Once the 4 months were up they continued to take payments and when I called the credit company I was told I needed to pay the full amount of $5,000 which was the amount of credit I was approved for on the date of purchase. I refused to pay any additional as I never used the remainder of the credit. They tried again after I put a stop payment on my account, then tried to put a payment through the debit card they refused to use initially. I was made aware on the purchase date that if I did not pay in full over the 4 months that the interest rate would be 50%. Absolutely outrageous!! The credit company tried to negotiate over the phone to get any amount they could to fulfill the total of $5,000. I am still fighting to get the payments back and resolve this matter. DO NOT TRUST ADAMS FURNITURE OF IT'S SALES ASSOCIATES.

We went in and after a 20 minute search they finally found the covers but had no idea where the glass was. So now we need to make a third trip to the store to get the glass that did arrive but no one knows where it is and maybe a fourth trip to get the other missing glass table top. They say that glass will be in 'next week'. We get that there are delays at the factory but the total lack of communication and endless promises about 'next week and we'll call you' are unprofessional and show a lack of respect for our time.
