I'm a little behind writing this review since I purchased my furniture about a month ago in September, but as they say, better late than never! I'll start by admitting I was incredibly indecisive during the entire furniture-shopping process. It had been over 15 years since I last bought furniture, so the thought of making the right choice was both overwhelming and a little scary. I wanted quality, style, and value, and I'm happy to say I found all threat Adams Furniture! I want to highlight the patience and professionalism of the sales associates who helped me. Marco (I hope I have his name right -- green eyes!) was so helpful, relatable, and understanding during my decision-making process. But it was Taha who truly stole the show. From start to finish and even long after my furniture was delivered, his service was nothing short of exceptional. Taha didn't stop helping once the sale was complete. He continued to assist me even after my furniture was in my home, offering ideas for color palettes and helping me figure out the best way to rearrange my living room. When I was considering returning my original purchase for a new arrival, they were so accommodating and explained that while there would be a delivery fee for the exchange, the fact that the option even existed spoke volumes. Many stores don't offer that kind of flexibility. In the end, I decided to keep my original pieces. The furniture is beautiful, reliable, and more affordable than many other places I looked. And the service? Unmatched. Taha treated me like a valued returning customer from the moment I walked in with incredible hospitality and a welcoming approach. He remembered my name, offered snacks and a non-alcoholic beverage during my lengthy visits, and created a warm, welcoming environment that made the whole experience enjoyable. He never made me feel like he was judging me for my indecisiveness or inability to choose something right away. What really says it all is that I actually cancelled an order I had placed at another store because Taha's personable presence, honesty, and professionalism made me trust him and trust the quality of what I was buying. Because of that, he earned my loyalty. Now, almost a month later, I'm still happy with my purchase! Thank you Taha! I can confidently say I'll be coming back here for any future furniture needs. Trust is everything in a big purchase like this, and they've absolutely earned mine. I ended up getting the Draycoll loveseat and sofa recliner by Ashley. One thing I also appreciated was that this review came from my own volition -- they didn't harass me to write a review, which makes this an even more honest one. This company is a fraud. They did a total bait and switch when I purchased a bedroom set. The total for the set was $1,800 and the sales person set up payment arrangements so I could pay over 4 months interest free. The payments had to come out as an EFT from a checking account and they would not accept a debit card. Every two weeks for 4 months and the purchase would be paid in full. I made a cash payment of $300 at the time, which was never noted on the receipt. They took that money to pay for delivery and take away of the old mattress. Once the 4 months were up they continued to take payments and when I called the credit company I was told I needed to pay the full amount of $5,000 which was the amount of credit I was approved for on the date of purchase. I refused to pay any additional as I never used the remainder of the credit. They tried again after I put a stop payment on my account, then tried to put a payment through the debit card they refused to use initially. I was made aware on the purchase date that if I did not pay in full over the 4 months that the interest rate would be 50%. Absolutely outrageous!! The credit company tried to negotiate over the phone to get any amount they could to fulfill the total of $5,000. I am still fighting to get the payments back and resolve this matter. TRY TO FORGE MY SIGNATURE. they delivered a tv stand and i paid for full assembly and removal of trash. They scratched the TV stand where it's visible as they were trying to act like a nascar team, hang no instructions and flipping prices back and forth guessing and im going so scratched the stand and i asked them to slow down. I understand Spanish and Portuguese, which as a white guy they obviously did think I did, and they were talking crap about me. Then the left the pace a mess, styrofoam pieces everywhere and I wouldn't sign off as the conditions of signing off were times in good condition, which they weren't, and I paid for installed and clean up and when I asked if they would sweep up all the bits of styrofoam they said no. So I caught one of the 3 guys trying to forge my signature in the phone to accept delivery. I grabbed the phone out of his hand and erased my signature and info he forged and ask him to get his boss who went to the truck. He went downstairs got in the truck and the left. DIDN'T FULLY CLEAN, SCRATCHED MY TV STAND, TRIED TO FOGE MY SIGNATURE TO SIGN OFF WHEN I DECLINED AND ASKED FOE FURTHER ASSISTANCE. read more

I bought a sectional from Adam's Furniture about 1 year ago. The quality of this 3k plus unit is poor! The center of one of couches caved in because of cheap would and spring design. I called to see if I could buy just that part of sectional. I was told no you have to buy the hole couch again. Thanks for taking iover 3k!! I will never buy from you again. Also I work in Chelsea. Adams Furniture does a phenomenal business. Their service is excellent and their delivery team is the best one can ever expect. I recently purchased a couch and a dinning set on separate occasions and both times they were able to offer me with a delivery within 5 days! And not only that, they called the day prior to give me a really short delivery window in the morning. Both times I was given a 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM delivery window and they arrived at around 7:30 AM both times and were finished by 8:00 PM. This is a pleasure in juxtaposition to the many businesses that have been waiting all day throughout 8 hour windows. Take Wayfair for example which took 3 weeks to deliver me the wrong item (after making me wait 8 hours the day of the scheduled delivery to show up) then to tell me it would take an additional 4 weeks to get me the correct item. They wiped out an entire snow bank when they parked on the sidewalk and then started arguing with me when I called them out on the fact that it took us (me and my neighbor) 2 days to shovel and they needed to clean it up. I brought 2 pieces of furniture from them and the couch which has a pull out bed was never installed correctly. For the past month 3 service calls have been scheduled but no one ever came. The first time I was told the employee had an emergency. The 2nd time I was told that it was an error with scheduling and the 3rd time I was told that nothing was on schedule the day after. The stitching of my sofa started coming off the day after delivery. Their service department is non existant and they have even black listed my phone number when I call. I wasn't greeted and I did have to hunt for help. Also the ladies who are in charge of taking your money at the end could be better at customer service they seemed bothered to even work and take the money and print out a receipt. So perhaps my 5 star should be around 3.5 or 4 star. So far no issues with dresser and shelves I purchased then again only had them for 1 day. Spoke to Jason store manager and he did not even care the moment I told him I would give a bad review to the company. I will make sure the public hears about my bad experience. Will never ever purchase here again. I recommend no one goes here and I will definitely spread the word. I payed almost $3000 for a bedroom set and my pieces were ALL damaged spoke to Jason and he told me to switch the set so I agreed after taking another day off work, scratch stairs to be home and received the "new" piece that were worse than the damaged furniture I already had. They don't treat the customers well, they charge you ridiculous fees and they are very disrespectful. It was such a shame given how they were such nice people at first. We have been buying furniture at this store for 20 years, unfortunately this last purchase is the last. We bought two identical mattresses, one is fine in its original packaging. But the other one was in this ripped, i don't even know what, all taped up - that's the first sign that something is not right. Second sign is a hole on the bottom, and finally when we set it up and tried it we can see, and certainly feel, that mattress is not new. It's much softer and bouncier than the other mattress we got - it's not plump, if you know what I mean. When we sit on it, especially on the right side, the bed gives, A LOT, while the other one barely gives under weight. It's uneven, mostly on the right side, and softer - we bought firm mattress so that's a lot of use for mattress to come to that point. ADAMS FURNITURE IS A SCAM!! They flat out lie to get business. Went to buy a headboard. Didn't measure before hand bc the trip wasn't planned. First question I Asked was if we could exchange the headboard if it didn't fit. (Didn't even put together. It's still in box) Specificallyyyy asked that question bc we didn't measure. Guy said yes. They delivered on Friday (day before a 3 day snow storm) so I called a few days later and they said they wouldn't take it back. Woman said she'd call back bc she had to ask her manager. (Which means they COULD do it they just wanna be lying scumbags) . She Called back and said there was nothing they could do. Woman was extremely rude and the fact that they lie to make sales is absolutelyyyy NOT the way to run a business. On top of that they didn't even set up the items they delivered (which was included in the delivery charge) ..! Their products are horrible as well. Go to BOBS furniture. I chose to give Adams Furniture at this location 5 stars for a lot of different reasons. One particular employer that stood out to us was AL BAKER such a great person overall. He was knowledgeable about everything in the store. We had about three different sofa furniture designs to look at he helped us through it all. My mom is a very picky lady and she takes her time before she makes any purchases period. He took his time with us and most importantly we didn't feel rushed. Please give him a PAY RAISE PLEASE!
