I waited a little while before I gave my review of the Kool's :) My BEAUTIFUL white malamute, Kaiser Roll, is a sweet, loving, extremely intelligent and healthy dog. He is a whopper (we got one of the huge ones) and we can hear him a mile away when he gallops during a case of the zoomies. He seems to know when he is funny and keeps us endlessly entertained. He has trained us very, very well... For those with other dogs, Kaiser Roll immediately bonded with our 7-year-old miniature dachshund, and passively enjoyed it when she treated him like an enormous puppy. Now they are inseparable and chase each other all over the place. Go ahead and picture that in your head and try not to laugh... He also bonded with each and every member of our family. Some say Malamutes aren't very affectionate, to which I say nonsense. He is very affectionate. Malamutes aren't for everyone and only an experienced family should get one, but Kaiser Roll is perfect for us. The Kool's provided all the information needed at the time of the sale about malamutes, and for those getting one, follow their advice. They put their hearts and souls into their animals and it shows.

I adopted a retired adult from the Kool family and he is absolutely perfect in every way! I got tolkien at 6 years old and while he did take a while to adjust that is to be expected with an older dog. They were super wonderful people to work with and you can tell they care tremendously about their animals. I drove about 8 hours one way to get Tolkien and I would do it again tomorrow if I was ready for another dog! I would love to continue to get dogs from this family.

I picked up my puppy from the Kools a little over a year ago! The process was easy and very quick! The family is very knowledgeable and supplied lots of information about taking care and mannerisms of the puppies! My boy, Pico, was very clean, healthy, and playful when I picked him up! They supplied all his information and extra supplies until I got him to the vet! I would recommend the family of Nothern Glories to anyone interested in these breeds, as they actually care who these beautiful dogs go to! Pico is now a little over a year and is doing wonderful! He is stunningly beautiful and has a beautiful temperment!!!

I recently got a female samoyed puppy from the kools .. after reading some of these reviews i was skeptical to be honest. But pat replied to all of my emails answering all of my questions.. they arranged for me to come get my puppy super last minute, and i still recieved all of her paper work, she wasnt dirty, and her temperment is decent. My only complaint is that they admitted they had a tad of an overlap of dogs at the moment so my puppy does have some resource gaurding issues that arent moderate, it is a little more than whats typical, however that could happen with any puppy, any where, and is a pretty easy fix .. the kool family was really nice and they honestly seem like they are all working together to take care of the dogs. I am very thankful to them for my sammy. I absolutely adore her!!!

We purchased our Alaskan Malamute puppy from Pat Kool back in November 2017. Pat was wonderful and answered all my questions and concerns. He was shipped to us at 9 weeks old and we had him checked by our local vet the following weekend and he was in perfect health as expected. He was shipped to us with instructions for his vaccination schedule and additional de-worming medicines. So far, Blizzard appears to be very smart and took to potty training very fast. He is growing like a weed and is very vocal about everything! I would definitely recommend a puppy from the Kool family.

I recently adopted an AKC Alaskan Malamute from the Kool family. Our puppy is extremely beautiful, healthy, and sweet. The Kools included a great packet of information when we picked up our pup. They also included extra wormers, and probiotics. We met both of our pup's parents on site, as promised. However, I think the most important thing to note, is that the Kools care about the placement and welfare of each one of their pups. We had a very positive experience!

We couldn't be more happy with the Samoyed puppy that we received from this breeder back in June. He is beautiful and as smart as you could ask for. We are constantly told by friends and neighbors that he is the best looking puppy they have seen. They shipped him via air, and since the moment we have picked him up, we have had no issues. If we ever decide to purchase another Samoyed, we will definitely look here first.

False advertising and a disappointing experience…read more We came in as a group interested in meeting and potentially adopting a puppy. We were told that if a puppy was awake, we would be able to play with it. However, when we asked to meet a puppy that was awake, we were told no because that puppy had "played too much today." We then picked another puppy we were interested in meeting and were told no because we were "a big group." What was frustrating was that another family who arrived after us was placed with a puppy to play with because the staff selected that puppy for them. That family did not request that specific puppy, while we were told we could not meet one we were interested in. Our group was a family of four, and the other family had three people, so the reasoning did not make sense. The staff member then asked if we were "really looking to adopt." I said yes, but after this experience I decided I would not be adopting from this location. She explained that we would still have to be approved, which I completely understood and had no issue with. The issue was the inconsistent treatment and the feeling that we were not being given a fair opportunity to meet the puppies. This experience left us feeling like this place is not focused on helping families find and adopt puppiesFollow-up to your response to my review: I want to clarify a few details. The other family did not have an appointment -- they were actually teammates of our daughter from her softball team. We were there separately, and we were interested in meeting a puppy because we were seriously considering adding a new dog to our family. Our goal was to bring home the golden puppy as a playmate and companion for our 1.5-year-old lab. We were not there just to visit or play with puppies; we were genuinely interested in adopting. The frustration came from feeling like we were given different information and treated differently when trying to meet the puppies. We understand that there are adoption procedures and approval requirements, but we would have appreciated clearer communication and the same opportunity to interact with the puppy we were interested in.
