When I picked him up he looked lovely, and I could just tell, he wasn't traumatized as he sometimes can be a bit when he has to go to the groomer. What intrigued me about Granny's - #1 - She 'interviews' you and your dog before accepting. If she feels that your dog is too aggressive, she won't board.(My dogs and I spent over an hour with her, getting to know her and her place, and interviewing her as well.) #2 - She has been boarding dogs for 17 years - SHE KNOWS DOGS #3 - Her back yard is better than any dog park I've seen. Totally enclosed. Mowed and kept. #4 - If your pooch wants to sleep in her bed - that's great! Good to know: Michelle loves dogs and their health and happiness and well being are all in her best interest. DO NOT expect your dog to come home groomed and smelling pretty! (That's a minor thing.) Final Words: This was my first time boarding my babies (yorkies) with Michelle.
