Good to know: Michelle loves dogs and their health and happiness and well being are all in her best interest. DO NOT expect your dog to come home groomed and smelling pretty! (That's a minor thing.) Final Words: This was my first time boarding my babies (yorkies) with Michelle. When I picked him up he looked lovely, and I could just tell, he wasn't traumatized as he sometimes can be a bit when he has to go to the groomer. My instructions were followed to the letter and the groomer listened patiently to my concerns about my little Levi and his issues. But my most recent visit was horrible! One of the Petcare employees was terribly rude and disrespectful. I won't get into all the details, but it was the worst I have EVER been treated as a customer! (I am over 50, BTW) I also heard her arguing with another customer and things got pretty heated. Terrible customer service skills and should not be doing that job. I will not be returning to this vet clinic.

I was told by the support # I called that they are not allowed to give out the local number and that they will contact me. The support call center they use is just that, a call center. They have no authority whatsoever as they are hired by Pet Butler to run the sales/customer care calls or, so I was told. It is odd to me that I can't talk directly to the owner or the manager in charge instead you have to go through the middleman call center. I pay at the start of every month for 2 days a week, I was told they have staffing issues by the call center each time I've called. That's fine, I understand that, but I had 0 communication from local staff to let me know that was an issue until last week. They sent an email but didn't give any other details about pre-paid customers getting credits since they can only do 1 day a week. Instead, they claim on my profile that they came out on Mon/Thurs when in reality they didn't come out until Sunday after the 1st snow fall said the 1-2 inches of snow was too much, no visibility, and charged me for stopping by supposedly. We were home that day and they never came, I even went outside after I got the text and recorded my walk from my garage to the side yard where there were 0 tracks and completely smooth snow. I requested a 1-day credit towards next month but since they parked in my driveway supposedly, I was charged and they won't credit me. Since then, I've made several calls to get this resolved and I've been met with laugher and promised call backs that never came to fruition. I don't know what to do at this point other than cancel service and make a complaint to my bank about being overcharged. I don't understand what happened, they were amazing! Our tech was very throughout (and still is when he's able to make it) and very nice. Sometimes he'd leave a little baggie that had a few snacks for our pups. I highly recommend our tech and have nothing but praise for him, but Pet Butler as a company is very lacking in customer service and accountability. I really hope they can get their communication issues resolved as I don't like to see people's jobs put at risk by poor management.

That's not for the installation of the wire, training or anything else. Just the basic, simple dog collar. I really wish I would have been made aware when I purchased and had installed the system that their replacement collars were so stupidly expensive. That is half the cost of one of those more up-to-date, portable, changeable GPS fencing systems by Halo or Cesar Millan. In hindsight, I should've purchased one of those systems first instead of wasting my money on the Invisible Fence brands.
