The owner may respond that they did apologize and that they didn't blame me but I have zero reason to lie. The bottom line is that it was NOT that busy and it's shouldn't take that long to cook a pizza and if for some reason it does the customer should be made aware and be apologized to. If I wasn't treated this way and a simple apology was made I would have never left a review. It's a wood floor with just the right amount of slippage for dancing. The pizza had super thin crust and very tasty. We got the Bart's Special and it was excellent. The server did an excellent job getting to our table to take our order in spite of what seemed to be an overwhelming amount of hungry people.
