My husband and I found it by accident--we just searched for a nearby Goodwill and this one happened to be close to our hotel. We had no idea it was kid-only until we walked in. Honestly, if we'd known that ahead of time, we probably wouldn't have bothered since our kids didn't really need more clothes. But I'm so glad we did, because we ended up scoring two huge dinosaur toys (a 36-inch Carnotaurus and an Indominus Rex) in amazing condition for only $2.99 each. These things run $60-$120 new at Target or Walmart! When we brought the dinosaurs home, our 13-year-old was over the moon. He couldn't believe it-- and watching his whole face light up was one of those priceless parenting moments.

In years past when I'd been to VS they've been very welcoming and helpful. This time I walked through the door and heard a small "hello" from the side. I haven't been measured in a while so I went to the fitting room and waited for a few minutes, when no one came out I went back out to the two associates by the doors and asked if I could be fitted. They looked at each other and one finally said, "I'll help you." She took me to the room measured me, told me my size, and brought me one bra. I tried it on, she checked and said it fit and she was gone. Previously when I'd been they give you a box of all different styles in your size to try. Apparently this is not the protocol anymore. I went back out and selected my items and went to check out. The lady at the checkout counter took my items and scanned asking me how many of each item I bought. She threw them in a bag with no tissue paper while I looked at the associate next to her carefully wrap her customers items in tissue paper and present a beautiful bag. Mine were thrown in the bag like she couldnt have cared less. All in all - I don't know if I had an off day at this location but my consensus is- they are not helpful, not happy, and overall make you feel like an inconvenience for shopping there.

My partner and my two sons went on a trip to Ohio and flew into Cleveland, had an event in Canton and ended up having to change plans and drive to and fly out of Columbus due to flight cancellations, etc. in a hurry to get on a newly assigned flight out of Dallas lots of running around and forgetting things, my partners glasses were left on the rental car near the airport, luckily we AirTag valuables and we were able to track the glasses still in the vehicle at the rental car place. How Time Sense saved the day: After several attempts to call the rental company and filling out online forms, we were unsuccessful with those attempts and in the middle of the night I decided to look up companies that could complete individual tasks. Thank goodness I located TimeSense. Tonya answered the phone when it was maybe 3a.m. For her and she requested via text all pertinent info, of which I sent immediately. Upon waking up the next morning in CA, Tonya had already gone to the rental car place, located the glasses, AND shipped them to us with insurance on them. They are not just regular sunglasses mind you, they very expensive prescription glasses needed to drive and see at night that took months for my partner to even get!!!
