I calmly explained I had my card and was happy to confirm it actually says "Dental Blue". She advised, rather shortly, that Dental Blue was not in network with them, so I asked about "CBA Blue" (as that was the next name on my insurance card). She rudely exclaimed they're not in network with them, either. I called CBA Blue and was advised that they use the Blue Cross Blue Shield network. If the office had only allowed me to give more information, I imagine they could have understood that they were, in fact, in network. This is not how potential new patients should be treated.
