This is a clear failure to properly document services that I already paid for, and feels like nothing short of a money grab. To make matters worse, they continue to present themselves as "doctors," yet the provider I worked with is not a medical doctor, which adds to the misleading nature of this business. The only bright spot in my experience was Dr. Laura Warner, who was absolutely phenomenal. Unfortunately, she is no longer with the practice--unsurprising given the way things seem to be run there. You'll find everything from incense (sticks, palo santo, incense cones, resins, sage, sweetgrass), to healing crystals (on strings, tumbled stones, geodes, pyramids), to books and CDs. On a routine visit with Tiffany, one of the dental hygienists, I mentioned my desire to learn more about clear aligners to help improve my smile. Tiffany brought Dr. Lynda right over to talk to me and gave me a bunch of information. Before I knew it we had a plan and scheduled appointments. I was thrilled! I am so pleased with the results. Now, I love my smile. I'm grateful to have such a wonderful team of dentists and hygienists that truly care about my oral health and dental needs. Went in for the appointment that I had with them for months and took off work to do it. They told me when I arrived that they would not do the work because I only paid 300 a month and not 350 when I told them before I could not do that. So they still want the money and think that is acceptable. I do not. They accepted the payments. They made the appointment and then when I got there just told me NOPE. DO NOT TRUST THIS DENTAL BUSINESS.

SURGICAL SERVICES DON- Please keep hiring great nurses- your staff is wonderful, but I've learned how to study body language for a hot minute now; as I continue forward with earning my master's degree in counseling. Your staff is incredible, but clearly overworked. Do anything you can to keep them on staff. I highly suggest that Alyssa be included within the hiring team, and that her input be genuinely considered. She has prepped me twice within the last month. She really knows her stuff. This hospital is beyond blessed to have such caring nursing and support staff. Dr. Trevisani, Dr. Calhoun- They're quick and to the point, you're under anesthesia, then, BAM! What a great concept to increase sales with puzzles and promote framing to preserve a piece of art you reassembled. Or should I say, pieces of toil, concentration, frustration, AH HA moments, early morning coffee, late evening red eyed sessions, to 10 minutes "work from home" breaks that easily clocked 30 minutes and maybe more (I won't tell). The shop is classic industrial period Main Street, prior history unknown. The shop, framing Mecca. The puzzles and selection of arts and crafts impressively displayed for browsing. We found two Winter puzzles to gift others in the family. Our own Winter subject still in deliberation. Despite, we asked for a business card and proudly made our purchase. Today's first morning frost on our grass reminded me of two important tasks: Order our puzzle and to finally share our experience at the Village Frame Shoppe & Gallery (of puzzles).

This is a discount store that offers a bit of everything - there are many home decor items, bedding, accessories, some shelf stable foods, toys, clothing, beauty products and knick knacks. The closest thing I can compare it to is Ollie's (there is one in Plattsburgh). I found the store to have a decent selection, but the overall vibe was very messy, dusty and kind of "low class". The clothing or toy selection are of poor quality. Immediately I thought Ollie's was better. I wandered in every aisle and there weren't any major deals to be found. I was looking for something specific advertised in the store flyer but even after searching and asking for help from employees, no one could find this item. Lots of unopened boxes of stock and stuff just piled everywhere. My favorite section was the beauty products area - There are soaps/body washes/lotions that you would not find in a regular store. For example, Dove or Johnson's products that come from another country. I am not sure how they arrived to the USA but these are versions of products normally sold abroad. If you check the labels you'll be surprised! Some stuff was made in Italy. I think this is the type of place you have to check back often for deals - we walked away with some soaps and toothpaste, there were 5 packs of Colgate tubes for less than $3 which was a steal but otherwise couldn't find anything else that really interested us.
