Despite…read moreregularly paying for annual visits and maintaining what I believed to be a valid contact lens prescription, I was told my prescription had "expired"--conveniently when I needed a refill--and was asked to pay hundreds of dollars for yet another eye exam before they would issue new lenses. This is a clear failure to properly document services that I already paid for, and feels like nothing short of a money grab. To make matters worse, they continue to present themselves as "doctors," yet the provider I worked with is not a medical doctor, which adds to the misleading nature of this business. The only bright spot in my experience was Dr. Laura Warner, who was absolutely phenomenal. Unfortunately, she is no longer with the practice--unsurprising given the way things seem to be run there. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your eye care. This place has lost my trust and my business for good.
